The office was amazingly beautiful there was a nice aesthetic and a beautiful view from the windows on the 9th floor. Judy my hygienist was full of expertise and knowledge especially about me inquiring the different processes of whitening and oral care outside of the dentist. She provided me excellent service and her skills span over 25 years of experience. Dr.Aggarwal was very warm and welcoming to meet him was very inviting and he ensured me of his care. I had an amazing experience at The Center for Dentofacial Aesthetics in Annandale! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. My hygienist, Judy, was absolutely wonderful…incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything and gave me great tips for keeping my smile healthy. Arianna was absolutely wonderful. While upgrading my lower set of teeth she took the time to explain the process and made it a wonderful experience. Her attention to detail and making sure I had a great experience was exceptional. The team here is top tier. I couldn’t have expected the quality of care and personal attention they deliver. A+ care. A+ service. And A+ quality. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Doctors and staff are very respectful and helpful. Take their time with you and explain the treatment plan clearly. Highly recommend this group!
While the staff and administration at this location are marvelous, for me, it continues to be a mixed bag with Dr. Aggarwal. Communication is a huge issue. For me, evidence has proved out that he doesn't fully listen to my concerns, nor seeks resolutions that don't align with his predetermined outcomes. The bulk (90%) of services provided are completed by his staff. He may be called to check their work if a problem occurs or as a check of the appointment but that's about it.
