July 21, 2026 My follow up appointment with the Center for Dentofacial Aesthetics (CDA) was a repeat of my appointments to install eight crowns…Outstanding! I had an amazing experience at The Center for Dentofacial Aesthetics in Annandale! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. My hygienist, Judy, was absolutely wonderful…incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything and gave me great tips for keeping my smile healthy. Dentofacial Aesthetics is a wonderful dentist office. Dr. Aggarwal and his staff are very friendly & efficient. I am always in and out very quickly. I had a filling replaced & Dr. Aggarwal done an awesome job! He also done a super & amazing job for my veteran husband with a complete set of permanent dentures upper & lower so he could eat again without pain. I can't say enough about this office. If you need a dentist, go see Dr. Aggarwal, you will be glad you did!
This dental office is exceptionally clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. My dental hygienist, Hang, was outstanding—cheerful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. I left with noticeably cleaner, brighter teeth. I would highly recommend her to my colleagues and friends.
The dentist is great but the front desk staff is horrible. They let paperwork sit for months and do nothing to move it along. If you need a referral don’t bother. The admin staff will never process your paperwork and will leave you waiting and calling them back and then tell you they can’t help you. Completely unacceptable. Horrible customer service.
