The appointment was right on time. My concerns with a trouble tooth was addressed always knowing what to expect, Dr Levesque did a great job, I will call it artistic when finalizing a new filling. I have no words to express my gratitude on the work done without pain. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and handle every step very professionally.
We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Lévesque and his staff at blm. He is so great with my kids, always calm, patient, and reassuring. As a parent, I feel well informed at every visit. The hygienists are wonderful and make my kids feel special and at ease. His receptionist is also incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. We did have a small billing issue, but that may have been related to my insurance rather than their system.
Dr. Abbey was fantastic! She is very thorough, educationinal and personable. The definition/expectation of the kind of service/care a doctor should provide. Came to see her to get a second opinion and other issue's checked out. Did not disappoint. Staff were all super friendly as well! From the clerk's at the desk to the dental hygienist! Thank you for your kindness, and creating a safe space in a place that can be stressful for a lot of people! Keep up the amazing work! Thank you again!
Went for a cleaning yesterday afternoon. Was greeted by pleasant front staff on arrival. The wait was short and the appointment started on time. I was surprised to see that they had researched my recent heart procedure and were prepared and aware of any necessary precautions that they should watch for. My hygienist was great and kept me abrest of what was happening. She gave me a detailed report on my oral hygiene and a few hints on what I could use a little improvement on. Overall great visit. Dr Frederic Levesque is by far one of the best dentist…he takes pride in is work…with such a calm personality…he can calm the worst anxious people!! I have been going to him for a little Over 20 yrs now…moved away tried others went back many times…as it is a 6 hour drive for me…but i’ve came to conclusion that the others are all good but he has to be the greatest if i always end up in his chair!
