My checkup and cleaning went well. The hygienist was courteous and professional and made me feel confident in her abilities. She made my visit a positive and relaxing experience. Well as relaxing as a dental cleaning can be.
Honestly the best dentist I have had. She fixed not only my smile and my mouth entirely but my confidence and self worth by explaining everything and being kind. The entire office is excellent, from the moment you walk in to the time you leave its an extremely positive and seamless. Every office should be like this one.
I had a commitment necessitating a quick turnaround, so I arrived for my appointment 45 minutes early hoping they would take me early. They were able to accommodate and I was done with time to spare, so I was appreciative.
Excellent patient care and service! I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child, due to dental trauma, but the team here is very caring, and professional. I don’t have that fear anymore!
The most wonderful dentist’s office in North Bay! Reception is so kind and helpful, hygienists are always so sweet and great at their jobs, and Dr. Sura is just the best. Educational, kind and genuinely a great dentist. I ❤️ Champlain Dental 🥰 Thank you ladies!
