Dr. Kubba kindly accepted me as a new patient, and my experience with her and the entire team has been excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt no judgment whatsoever regarding my dental health or previous dental care. When you come into the office you are greeted. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The atmosphere is very calm. Staff very accurate and professional, they talk to you and listen. As a dentist Dr. Sura is remarkable. I look forward to my visits and my dental cleanings with Charlene.
Very happy with the service I receive from the moment I walk in the door until the time I leave. I am very anxious when I need to have dental work done, but I always feel comfortable, reassured, and know that I am in good hands. Staff are very kind, encouraging and have amazing patience. My daughter felt comfortable and had no problem getting work done. She felt great after her experience. She appreciated their praise and said she wont be as nervous next time she gets a filling.
Made an appointment to have a rough side on a molar addressed. Turn out to be a rough spot on the tooth and not a filling. When the dentist smoothed it out she could see that there was a small hole as well. I asked her to fill it while I was there and she was able to take care of it during the same visit. Everything was fixed up and no need to return for a second visit. I am very pleased.
