When you come into the office you are greeted. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The atmosphere is very calm. Staff very accurate and professional, they talk to you and listen. As a dentist Dr. Sura is remarkable. I look forward to my visits and my dental cleanings with Charlene.
Very happy with the service I receive from the moment I walk in the door until the time I leave. I am very anxious when I need to have dental work done, but I always feel comfortable, reassured, and know that I am in good hands. Thank you, Champlain Dental, for making my trips to the dentist much less stressful! I also really appreciate the appointment reminders and the follow-up check-ins.
Staff are very kind, encouraging and have amazing patience. My daughter felt comfortable and had no problem getting work done. She felt great after her experience. She appreciated their praise and said she wont be as nervous next time she gets a filling.
2 front teeth extracted today. Dr Kubba knew I was abit anxious but put me at ease right away. Extractions went well & didn't take her all that long to remove. Best dental experience to date. I give Dr Kubba a 10+/10! I highly recommend Dr Kubba & her team to anyone in need of a dentist.
I had a commitment necessitating a quick turnaround, so I arrived for my appointment 45 minutes early hoping they would take me early. They were able to accommodate and I was done with time to spare, so I was appreciative.
