Dr. Kubba kindly accepted me as a new patient, and my experience with her and the entire team has been excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt no judgment whatsoever regarding my dental health or previous dental care. Connie, Emma, and Amy at reception were incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions about the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Nobody enjoys getting fillings but my experience was as pleasant as possible. The skill of the team working on me was excellent. They communicated to me and each other with expertise. They had a comforting tone to thier voices that put me at ease.

Staff are very kind, encouraging and have amazing patience. My daughter felt comfortable and had no problem getting work done. She felt great after her experience. She appreciated their praise and said she wont be as nervous next time she gets a filling.

Very happy with the service I receive from the moment I walk in the door until the time I leave. I am very anxious when I need to have dental work done, but I always feel comfortable, reassured, and know that I am in good hands. Thank you, Champlain Dental, for making my trips to the dentist much less stressful! I also really appreciate the appointment reminders and the follow-up check-ins.
