It was a great experience! All the staff members were super friendly and professional. Tiana and Kate at the front desk were especially kind and helpful, they really made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and both Dr. Nick Hou and the dental assistant were incredibly skilled and professional (I didn’t catch the assistant’s name, but she was absolutely wonderful!). My family and I have been patients at Chapparal Dental Wellness for 15 years. The staff is very friendly and always greet us with a smile.They are extra patient and understanding of a patient with special needs. The hygienists and dentists really make the experience very calming.
Had an amazing experience! The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I was nervous after a bad experience elsewhere, and now I’m looking forward to going back to the dentist :) Everything was explained clearly, and the care and services I received were excellent. So grateful to have found such an awesome clinic - highly recommend!
I just started coming to Chaparral Dental Wellness and they are wonderful!!! Such a lovely team and experience. They provide detailed information about your teeth and don’t rush appointments! As someone who has not been fond of the dentist in the past, they make it very enjoyable and I know I’m being cared for!!
I love this office. I had a bad experience elsewhere for my daughter and they were so kind at our initial consult and took the time to explain and make her comfortable and ease her anxiety. The pricing is great and all the staff are so friendly and nice, it’s a pleasure to come here even though I don’t actually enjoy going to the dentist which says a lot. I really appreciate the extra level of care they afford their patients and high level of customer service. Highly recommend
