We've been patients here for a long time (family of 6), and have always had great service, from the front desk to multiple hygienist we've seen over the years. An old filling came off, I was lucky to be seen the next day. Dr. Amy was great, her assistant too (foget her name, sorry), just another example of how professional the team at Chapel Hill Dental is. Definitely recommended them!
Everything is calmly and smoothly run, every staff member is so nice. Direct billing to insurance is done. The single building has its own free parking lot, or easily reached by the transit bus. Waiting room is clean, sunny, with a coat closet. Importantly, there is never any pressure to get procedures like polishing, whitening, preemptive tooth removal etc. done, and always upfront about whether insurance will cover, in contrast to my experience in other clinics. And there are lots of plants in cute pots everywhere.
Amazing service. The reception staff always greets you with a smile, and the dentists and hygienists are very kind and friendly. It feels like home here. My kids and I have been coming for almost 10 years, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for the wonderful care.
I love going to Chapel Hill Dental! Everyone is so friendly and professional, from the staff to the dentists. Sally Ing is an exceptional dentist and I'm always completely satisfied with her services. I went for a couple of fillings today and she explained everything that she was doing and took the time to answer any question or concern. She never rushed you. I will keep on recommending this place to anyone looking for an excellent dental team in Orleans!
This is my children's first dental office, I did lots of research before choosing Chapel Hill . Safe to say, two years later the service the patience the professionalism has not wavered one bit. A special shout out to the people at front desk also, wow! They always communicate and explain things insurance wise and are very understanding. I'm very grateful to everyone. Thank you
