I have been going to the Chapel Hill Dental Clinic since it opened. There is never any time I have to remember my appointment. The staff are friendly and call or text reminders. They are happy and very pleasant. I would refer anyone to them. I was a dental person before retiring so I can definitely say they are the best dental clinic. They are very efficient and their rapport makes me feel like I am at home.
Once again Dr. Kim was great! Very informative, educative and gentle (And he speaks French!!). His assistant was as usual awesome … next time I should get her name!
Everybody is amazing here! Always kind, always accommodating and super friendly. The staff, the dentists, the assistants always take the time to answer all of our questions. I don’t normally post reviews but these guys deserve it.. I’ve never had a bad experience in all the visits me and my family have had and we always leave feeling good! Thank you to the whole team :)
Gabrielle did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. She explained each procedure before starting and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit. She's positive and enthusiastic ... and bilingual, we seamlessly switched between English and French in our conversation. At reception, Patricia is friendly and efficient, always a pleasant experience.
This dental office is far superior to my previous experiences or expectations. Dr. Mazur, Tori and all reception staff have been awesome over the years. They are professional, respectful, courteous, pleasant and always strive to ensure their patients are satisfied! Also, the atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant amongst the staff which is always a plus! I highly recommend this dental office!
