All of the staff at Chapel Hill Dental are wonderful! From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel welcome and at ease. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassionate care have completely eliminated my dental anxiety. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Everything is calmly and smoothly run, every staff member is so nice. Direct billing to insurance is done. The single building has its own free parking lot, or easily reached by the transit bus. Waiting room is clean, sunny, with a coat closet. Importantly, there is never any pressure to get procedures like polishing, whitening, preemptive tooth removal etc. done, and always upfront about whether insurance will cover, in contrast to my experience in other clinics. And there are lots of plants in cute pots everywhere.
The staff is always so welcoming, professional and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The dentist was very gentle, explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office was clean, modern and organized, which made the visit even more pleasant. I truly appreciated the care and attention my daughter yreceived and would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for quality service and a friendly atmosphere.
I have been going to Chapel Hill Dental for over 2 years, and I can honestly say everyone there is so kind and caring. The fact that they know patients by name when they walk in makes the office feel very welcoming. At my appointment on May 14th, I was worried about a few things, but after speaking with Dr. Muzar, I left feeling reassured about everything. I would highly recommend Chapel Hill Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist or thinking about making a change.
