After several appointments over the past couple of months, I can honestly say this is the most caring dental office I've ever experienced! Dr. Lee, Claudine, Kelly, Crystal and Krista have consistently treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. Went in for my pre-scheduled cleaning and everything went well. Dr. Fayad and his group are always pleasant and courteous. I am very nervous when attending any dentist and find that this office is very attentive to this aspect of my file. Overall, I give them a 5 star rating!
Dr Fayad and his team were superb today during our frenectomy appointment, for my baby. They were gentle, informative and ensured I knew my options and did not feel pressured into a decision. Would highly recommend to any parent with a Child who needs a tongue tie or lip tie release.
Took our daughter for tongue/lip tie assessment/procedure, staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Fayad was wonderful, answered all our questions and concerns in a way we were able to understand, was super helpful and made us feel at ease with the decision to do the revision.
We came for a frenectomy for our 3 week old. Crystal and John were amazing and compassionate and put our minds at ease. The procedure was very quick and my baby was back in my arms within 3 minutes. If you suspect your little has a lip or tongue tie, I highly recommend John at Chapman Mills. We came all the way from Rockland for this appointment.
