My experience with Dr Li and the Staff at Chapman Mills Dental has been great. Dr Li is very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. The front desk staff and dental hygienists have also been great to deal with. I won't ever say that I look forward to dental appointments but I am happy to have this team looking after me.
I went in for a frenectomy for my 11 week old. Everything from the consultation to the after care was explained to me in great detail, and they were very knowledgeable. They took amazing care of my son and gave me the time needed to relax with him after the procedure. Highly recommended!!
This is the second time I've brought one of my children to Dr. Fayad's office for a tongue-tie and lip-tie revision, and once again, the experience was excellent. Dr. Fayad and his team are always so courteous and professional. Always the best experaince for our little guy. Been going here since his tongue tie release as a baby and he is now 4 . We drive 45-50min because they are so great!
Dr Fayad was amazing! He took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our child’s lip and tongue tie. He completed the procedure the same day after the consultation. All the staff were very professional, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this dental office.
