Dr. Fayad and his team were all amazing! I have a two week old daughter that had a tongue and lip tie, when I called the office to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in the same day from a cancellation. The whole procedure lasted about 2 minutes and the results are night and day! Everyone at the office was super easy and kind to deal with. Dr. Fayad and his staff were absolutely wonderful during my 3-week-old daughter’s frenectomy. The procedure was quick, and the entire team was incredibly patient and gentle. While Dr. Fayad clearly explained the procedure and his recommendations, the staff stepped in to help calm my baby, which meant so much to us. Afterward, we were given clear, easy-to-understand instructions for stretching and massaging during the 3-week healing process. We felt supported and well-informed every step of the way.
We had an appointment with Dr Fayad to have my son’s lip and tongue tie assessed and corrected. Dr Fayad was lovely, he took great care of our son, was extremely thorough in his explanation and made us comfortable with making the best decision for our son. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Fayad.
Dr. Fayad and his staff were extremely helpful at explaining all the pros and cons of a lip tie release procedure for our 9 month old son. We especially appreciated the thorough explanations from Dr. Fayad about all the possible long-term implications of a lip tie, and even related to my own mouth and lip. Further, there was no pressure at all to do the procedure immediately. Really great overall.
Dr Fayad did my 6 year olds frenectomy 2 weeks ago. Healing has been 10/10, very minimal pain the first few hours then non at all. He gained so much range of motion in his tongue when before he had none.
