Dr. Fayad and his team are truly exceptional. I saw him for my baby’s tongue and lip tie revision, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk are warm, welcoming, and enjoyable to talk with while waiting to be seen. Sharing a review as I looked to reviews when choosing a dentist for my 12-year old son's tongue tie. I was looking for a dentist that had experience with older children. Dr. Fayad and his team did an excellent job explaining everything during the consult and kept my son calm during the procedure. We are definitely noticing an improvement in speech since the procedure. Very pleased with experience.
Dr. Fayad and his team were all amazing! I have a two week old daughter that had a tongue and lip tie, when I called the office to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in the same day from a cancellation. The whole procedure lasted about 2 minutes and the results are night and day! Everyone at the office was super easy and kind to deal with. Dr. Fayad and his staff were absolutely wonderful during my 3-week-old daughter’s frenectomy. The procedure was quick, and the entire team was incredibly patient and gentle. While Dr. Fayad clearly explained the procedure and his recommendations, the staff stepped in to help calm my baby, which meant so much to us. Afterward, we were given clear, easy-to-understand instructions for stretching and massaging during the 3-week healing process. We felt supported and well-informed every step of the way.
I've always had a great experience here. The staff is very nice and professional and have always done a great job on my teeth. Especially the time they were able to salvage my original tooth in lieu of doing a new implant
