I recently had a cleaning and check-up at Charles Street Dental and I was extremely impressed! The dentist hygienist was very friendly and he explained everything he was doing and frequently checked in with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. There were a few minor concerns and, instead of making me feel as though my brushing/flossing routines were inadequate (as I have experienced at a previous dental clinic), he kindly offered practical suggestions for how to address these concerns. C.S Dental is pretty awesome, they have treated the family & myself for a number of years. Never an issue here, respectful, knowledgeable & professional. In a perfect world I'd have the same hygienist & Dr. Everytime but never an issue
Been coming here since it opened after KFC closed, it has grown quite a bit since then but same great service. Love my hygienist, knowledgeable and very good at her job and ensuring I'm ok/ no pain. Keep up the great work! I actually enjoy going to the dentist 😬
As someone who has had mental health challenges that lead to me neglecting my teeth, I appreciate how non-judgemental the hygienists and dentists are. They explained what I needed, answered my questions, and made a timeline that I’m comfortable with to deal with my issues. I wasn’t pressured into anything and was offered reassurance that I’m on the right track. It may be minor to some people, but this is important to me and why I keep returning to Charles St Dental
I have been going there for many years and would recommend them. At my request, They help keep me on a three month rotation of cleanings and yearly check ups with texts and emails. I see staff changes often, but they are all accommodating and pleasant. Their Hygienists rotate from place to place and some can be a bit aggressive but they all do a great job cleaning my teeth!
