My husband and I have been going to Charles Street Dental for a couple years now--we live in London but it's only 20 minutes from where we live. I have been going to Charles Street Dental for years and have had really good experiences up to the past year. This past year I have had bad experiences at this dentist due to many reasons. The new hygienists are very pushy and made a cleaning hard to sit through due to the pain. In the past week I went to get a filling and I had a young male dentist who I have never had before. As someone who has had mental health challenges that lead to me neglecting my teeth, I appreciate how non-judgemental the hygienists and dentists are. They explained what I needed, answered my questions, and made a timeline that I’m comfortable with to deal with my issues. I wasn’t pressured into anything and was offered reassurance that I’m on the right track. It may be minor to some people, but this is important to me and why I keep returning to Charles St Dental
The dentist was great explained everything they were going to do before doing it. Checked in multiple times through out the procedure to ensure I was doing ok. Receptionists are great!
We are very impressed and satisfied with the quality of the dental care we received at Charles Street Dental. Once an appointment date was fixed, we received multiple reminders to ensure that we made it on time. The receptionist was polite, informative and helpful. The wait time was minimal.
