Natasha and the young lady dentist( i can't remember her name) were tremendous.. They were patient. Talked me through everything, took there time and were very comforting and easy going. They put my anxiety at ease and made my experience as pain free as possible ..thank you to you both for everything..
In the midst of an efficient well equipped dental office, you will find friendly caring staff in every position. My dentist made sure I knew what she was going to do and checked frequently that I was ok. The team worked so precisely I was done before I realized it. Highly recommend!
Dr Andrew Khalil is an amazing Dentist. I had a crown done and I was incredibly nervous. Dr Khalil sensed this was kind and patient and asked me several times during the procedure if I was okay. As someone who has been terrified of the dentist for years, I went into my first appointment in years with absolute terror. From the moment I stepped into the office, the ladies at the receptionist desk were incredibly kind and professional. The woman doing my cleaning, Alana, was absolutely fantastic. I recently reached out to Charles Street Dental for some emergency work. They got me in right away (others in town would not). Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing. I've had several follow up appointments and all have been great. They seem to genuinely care about your teeth and your comfort. Very nice to talk to, easy to ask questions to. I don't really like going to the dentist, but I don't worry about having to go here.
