My husband and I have been going to Charles Street Dental for a couple years now--we live in London but it's only 20 minutes from where we live. It was recommended to us by my in-laws who live nearby, and we love the dental office. Friendly staff, upfront and honest about costs l. I have been going there for many years and would recommend them. They help keep me on a three month rotation of cleanings and yearly check ups with texts and emails. I see staff changes often, but they are all accommodating and pleasant. Their Hygienists rotate from place to place and some can be a bit aggressive but they all do a great job cleaning my teeth!
Very grateful for their ability to fit me in at short notice when I needed an emergency tooth extraction. They were able to move things around and get me in the same day. The Doctor was fantastic, very soothing and reassuring during the procedure. Thanks so much.
My son yesterday (10yrs) had 4 stubborn baby teeth pulled 😬 ….my mom took him in while I stayed in the car with a bad back. When he came out and got in the car he started talking about his experience. By the time we got home he was still talking about how the dentist and hygentist were having laughs with him and sharing stories of everyday moments.
