I recently had a cleaning and check-up at Charles Street Dental and I was extremely impressed! The dentist hygienist was very friendly and he explained everything he was doing and frequently checked in with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. There were a few minor concerns and, instead of making me feel as though my brushing/flossing routines were inadequate (as I have experienced at a previous dental clinic), he kindly offered practical suggestions for how to address these concerns. C.S Dental is pretty awesome, they have treated the family & myself for a number of years. Never an issue here, respectful, knowledgeable & professional. In a perfect world I'd have the same hygienist & Dr. Everytime but never an issue
With the change in staff I was a little nervous of having a new dentist. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with so much kindness and also so gentle that I didn’t even feel the needle for the freezing. Update July 31.. had a cleaning and also liked the staff
I moved to Ingersoll from the Kitchener-Waterloo area and wanted a new dentist here. I have had the same dentist in Waterloo for over 30 years. My first visit to Charles Street Dental was nothing short of exceptional. From the front staff to my hygienist to the dentist, they were all very professional, extremely friendly and they all made me feel so comfortable and honestly just like a little family. Thank you Charles Street Dental. ❤️
Been coming here since it opened after KFC closed, it has grown quite a bit since then but same great service. Love my hygienist, knowledgeable and very good at her job and ensuring I'm ok/ no pain. Keep up the great work! I actually enjoy going to the dentist 😬
