I have severe dental anxiety. At the end of my recent vacation, I broke a tooth. First thing Tuesday morning (since it was a holiday weekend) I called Charles Street Dental. The receptionist I spoke with listened to my situation and my incredible dental anxiety. They were able to fit me in late Tuesday. I had Tasha and Dr Rana and they were absolutely amazing!! Dr Andrew Khalil is an amazing Dentist. I had a crown done and I was incredibly nervous. Dr Khalil sensed this was kind and patient and asked me several times during the procedure if I was okay. He was very gentle and did a great job! The support staff are also great and very personable! Highly recommend. -Shannon O’Connor
As someone who has been terrified of the dentist for years, I went into my first appointment in years with absolute terror. From the moment I stepped into the office, the ladies at the receptionist desk were incredibly kind and professional. The woman doing my cleaning, Alana, was absolutely fantastic. The last two times I’ve been to the dentist I had a great experience. The hygienist was very gentle and pleasant to chat to. The new dentist was very honest and had options for me to ponder over, thank you
Natasha and the young lady dentist( i can't remember her name) were tremendous.. They were patient. Talked me through everything, took there time and were very comforting and easy going. They put my anxiety at ease and made my experience as pain free as possible ..thank you to you both for everything..
