I had a great experience at this dental office. Even though my visit didn’t go exactly as planned and I’ll need to return for a second appointment, the team made the whole process as smooth as possible. The administration staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the office itself was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were personable, caring, and genuinely attentive. Great experience starting with the front reception always very welcoming and helpful. Super kind hygenists and Dr. Sunil and the female dentist I had make me feel comfortable as I have high anxiety in the dentist office. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. So lucky to have the office in Chase.
Hygenist Doris did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. I have tried a few different offices and was disappointed until this experience. I've recommended her service to many friends in our area that are looking for a great experience.
Great place to visit for your teeth cleaning and xray.. I move from Alberta to bc and definitely have a good experience with transitioning from Alberta to bc getting great information about my teeth after not being able to get to a dentist for years now… The hygienist I had was super friendly and gentle with my teeth .. Great job at getting my teeth fixed after not seeing a dentist for years.
Third time to this very busy clinic: once to repair a filling with short notice, then for general maintenance. Dr. Ramon is a very cheerful, pleasant, professional and efficient sculptor of teeth. Personally, I loved that the hygienist didn’t try to have a one-sided conversation throughout. Just friendly & good job done.
