This dental clinic is clean and well-organized. The dentists are very professional, explaining the condition in detail and paying close attention to patients’ emotions (especially with children). The three receptionists are very warm and helpful, even assisting us in planning the most cost-effective way to proceed with the treatment. We were pleasantly surprised that both the receptionists and the dentist offer Mandarin service. We are very grateful for the clinic’s support.
Extremely Disappointed – They Don’t Respect Boundaries At first, I didn’t want to write a bad review because I didn’t want my experience to ruin their perfect 5 stars. Always a great place to go. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Both my wife and I had our cleanings done by Serena, they were excellent, careful and polite. I would pick them as my hygienist everytime.
I have been with Dr. Ming Hsu for almost 20 years. Really love her delicate works. Especially, this year she planned & designed for my full month cosmetic. And that would last me for 20-30 years for my beautiful smiles. I always impressed on her artworks , ex she fixed my front chipped teeth nicely and it’s last me for ages. Her specialty is customer care and the quality that she put all effort on the patients.
