Extremely Disappointed – They Don’t Respect Boundaries At first, I didn’t want to write a bad review because I didn’t want my experience to ruin their perfect 5 stars. My daughter had a hockey accident and Dr. Shi helped evaluate her teeth damage, manage her pain and offer help in such a kind and professional manner. We are so grateful and thankful for this office. Tracy at the front desk was also so reassuring to me in the waiting area.

This dental clinic is clean and well-organized. The dentists are very professional, explaining the condition in detail and paying close attention to patients’ emotions (especially with children). The three receptionists are very warm and helpful, even assisting us in planning the most cost-effective way to proceed with the treatment. We were pleasantly surprised that both the receptionists and the dentist offer Mandarin service. We are very grateful for the clinic’s support.

Awesome first appointment! I’ve never had a dentist explain everything so clearly and in such an easy-to-understand way. I truly felt heard. In the past, most dentists have pointed out “problems” that didn’t feel real or necessary, but that wasn’t the case here. Dr. Hsu made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire exam. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
