Dr. Chiu was very personable and professional during our first meeting. Her staff were very friendly and thorough and made it for an informed and pleasant initial appointment. They did x-rays, thorough examination and consultation of my current situation and future needs, followed by a teeth cleaning. The visit was approximately 2 hours and benefits were processed expediently with a complete explanation of the billing process. I look forward to being a client in the future.
I love Dr Chiu! She's by far the best dentist I've ever seen. I truly believe she has by best interests in mind, and helps me make decisions that are best for my health, never to just try and maximise what my benefits will cover. Tara and Maddie are both fabulous hygienist, very kind, gentle and thorough. Everyone at the front desk makes me feel welcome, and it's a lovely experience every time I go. Dr. Chiu and the entire staff are not only great with me, but they make my kids feel comfortable in a situation that could be scary for them. They talk the kids through the appointment and give them the option to take breaks when needed. They also take the time to show the cool pictures and X-rays of their teeth which they love.
I am so happy with each and every appointment I have attended. Everyone is wonderful. They are so knowledgeable and explain everything during my time in the dentist chair. They are super friendly and always cheerful. I am so happy with the work that Dr. Chiu has performed and I highly recommend Chiu Dental.
