I had done x rays within a year however, at my cleaning when I tried to avoid extra fees by requesting to not do an x-ray, which was my patient right I was rudely talked down to and dismissed as a patient. X-rays cause cancer and limiting your exposure is safe practice. Again, I was spoken down to and rudely dismissed as a patient while exercising this right. I’ve been coming to this dental office for years, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. My entire family trusts them with our care, and they’ve never given us a reason to do anything but rave about them. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Cibolo Dental, especially thanks to Tommy, the dental hygienist, and Teresa at the front desk. Cibolo Dental is absolutely worth the drive! Even though I live far, I don’t mind making the trip because I finally found the right dentist for my needs. The office is spotless, well-organized, and you can tell it’s a thoughtfully run private practice. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and truly knowledgeable. Dr. Enriquez and her whole team makes every visit feel so safe and warm. I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a child and not once did her or the team make any negative comments about that.
