I HATE the dentist office. I have major PTSD from a terrible childhood experience at the dentist and hate everything about the dentist office. I cancel and rebook many times before I actually get through the door. My teeth are very sensitive and I anticipate the pain and can hardly sit still. Well yesterday I had a cleaning by a hygienist who self proclaimed herself as the "Sensitivity Queen". I just thought, sure sweetie. Do your best but I am leaving if you hurt me too much. I see dentist, T. Onishenko. Very thorough and explains everything. Doesn’t do any unnecessary “work”. Dental hygienist, Nola, gentle and very good as well. Have seen other dentists when I’ve had a tooth act up and other hygienists have clean my teeth and I have never been disappointed. Front end staff and assistant always pleasant. Highly recommend this office.
My experience was excellent. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism from the imaging staff, to the doctor who reviewed my results, and the team that performed my scaling and polishing. One area for improvement would be communication around costs. As a new patient, I would have appreciated clearer guidance from the front desk regarding the services to be provided and any potential out-of-pocket expenses. Had a cleaning with Michelle and it is always a positive experience! She gives feedback on things I am doing right or wrong and it is appreciated. Front staff are also great to deal with for booking appointments, payment after service, and helping to reschedule when I needed it. Also very appreciated!
