My appointment with Anna went wonderfully. She was so gentle with the cleaning and explained every step. She made recommendations to me and I never felt that I was being judged. The office was clean and welcoming. My appointment was on time without having to wait. Darlene processed my claim to the insurance directly. I definitely made the right choice in deciding to change to Dr. Berger and staff at CityView Family Dental Center.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far as a new patient at City View Family Dental. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and dentists, everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thorough throughout each visit. You can truly tell there’s a positive work environment and a team that genuinely cares about their patients. It’s made the experience feel comfortable and reassuring from start to finish.
I cannot thank you enough. Despite all my fear and anxiety I was able to endure the whole procedure not only once, but twice this year. I had two major fillings, and Doctor Berger and her assistants were SUPER patient with me. It has been 6 months since the first appointment and everything is fine with my teeth as we could see in the follow-up.
