The periodontist I saw for the consult was great. However, I feel as I got scammed by reception. I wanted to see if my insurance would pay for the consult so I called their reception and asked if they could send the estimate in prior to my consult appointment. They called me back and said it has been approved and I am all good to go. I went to my consult. My insurance denied the claim as I wasn't covered. They said they denied the estimate prior. I highly recommend this office for the great work they perform. Girls at front and helping jill are great. Jill is great in what she does. She made me feel comfortable and explained my procedures. I thank them all for everything.
I couldn't have asked for better surgery and post surgery care. Dr. Mo explained everything clearly and adressed my concerns promptly. His assistant was very knowledgeable as well. The office staff were kind, courteous and efficient.
Friendly and professional staff to check you in. Dental hygienist Shelly is the best I’ve ever had. I have gum issues and always dreaded my teeth cleaning. I actually look forward to my visits now.
