I couldn't have asked for better surgery and post surgery care. Dr. Mo explained everything clearly and adressed my concerns promptly. His assistant was very knowledgeable as well. The office staff were kind, courteous and efficient.
The periodontist I saw for the consult was great. However, I feel as I got scammed by reception. I wanted to see if my insurance would pay for the consult so I called their reception and asked if they could send the estimate in prior to my consult appointment. They called me back and said it has been approved and I am all good to go. I went to my consult. My insurance denied the claim as I wasn't covered. They said they denied the estimate prior. Extremely disappointed dealing with reception and clinic manager who ever is. I lost my insurance to be covered they are very hostile and unprofessional! She said I said won’t bring your business and customer happy! Stay a way from this place go elsewhere. New clinics need new clients
