I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm, which really helped. The receptionist was incredibly polite and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Our family visit here first time. When I arrived at the dentist, I was deeply impressed by the kind and detailed guidance of the staff and the doctor. First time to this Clinic. A major setback with a broken tooth and lost filling on the weekend that left a sharp edge. Walked in on Monday and got a same day appointment to my surprise with the care and professionalism for my well being! A half hour long appointment left me with No Doubt that I have found a Dentist Office that meets all my concerns. I had an exam and cleaning done on the same day, thanks to the receptionist's accommodation. The staff were very professional and friendly. Rebecca, the dental hygienist, was so through and caring, she not only checked and cleaned every single side each tooth, but also noticed my flaws on flossing and showed me patiently how to do it properly. My first visiting this brand new office was great 👍, I 'll definitely keep it!
Dr. Choi and staff made me feel very welcomed. I get a little uneasy at Dentists but I felt very comfortable at Citview Smiles. Staff were always checking on how I’m doing.
