Richelle is amazing! My daughter always looks forward to seeing her. She treats her with such gentleness and kindness. Always remembers what they talked about at the last appointment, makes her feel so special. Richelle explains what is happening and makes it easy for her to ask questions. She is the sole reason my daughter enjoys the dentist. She is genuinely such a wonderful person!
Monday morning I tried pretty well every dentist in Chilliwack and Abbotsford, the only call back was Clayburn Dental, within 10 minutes i might add. Was 10am and she asked if i could be there by 10.45, so i headed out. When i got there they didn't seem slow, lots of ppl waiting. They were very friendly and empathetic. No beating around the bush. 53 minutes ago I just pulled my whole family from this despicable practice. My last visit 2 days back was the last painful disaster I'm allowing to let happen. I'm now currently dealing with the inside of my upper lip having 3rd degree chemical burns. I am having great pains eating and have to drink fluids carefully with a straw. The last painful occurrence was a couple months ago.....maybe 3. My family and I have been going to Clayburn Dental since it first opened up. We have always been very happy with every dentist, receptionist and hygienist and other staff. They have been Happy, kind and willing to go the extra mile to make our experiences satisfying. I have recommended them to our friends and they have gone there also.
