Been going here for years! Always a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Due to intense sensitivity they go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable at every appointment and the texting service they offer makes it easy to remember upcoming appointments for months in advance.
Dr. Rusnak was very professional and compassionate. I generally feel jumpy & anxious at the dentist, even with cleanings, but he and the assistant helped me feel safer. Dr. Rusnak explained exactly what the restorative procedure would entail so there were no 'surprises'. Plus, while getting my tooth restored, they both checked that I was okay several times. Which I appreciated!
Knowledgeable, caring and very reassuring. My extraction was comfortable and Dr Yeung explained clearly what was happening during the procedure. I never felt rushed and all staff were happy to help. A very positive experience. I am to say I have found my new dentist :)
I did the invisilign treatment through this office I sat down multiple times and told them my concerns the main Dentist and the invisilign specialist both told not too worry my teeth would turn out great. All lies I went in for every new fitting asking about why my teeth weren't straightening. And they told me its a slow process. I spent 6000$ for this treatment and got taken for every penny. Everyone at Cloverhills dental are so professional and very personable. I switched over to Dr. Choi about 5 years ago. I find him extremely patient, precise, calming and personable! He takes great care of my mouth health care, which I very much appreciate. I’m glad I moved!!! Thank you.
