I had my first appt today after avoiding the dentist for years because i get so sick usually when i go. From the moment i walked in the girls at the front were so kind, my hygienist was so kind checking in every few minutes that i was okay and took everything slow. My dentist was very thorough in explaining the work I need done and it all over helped easy the anxiety I had around the dentist. Thank you to the kindest team for taking such good care of me. Definitely recommend!
I now smile brighter than a galactic super Nova from an M Class planet which will be casual to the Borg invading my home world & turning the entire population into the Borg, who as we all know need no dental care. The end result of such great care is that my world will soon need no dentists. (:
I have been a patient here for more than four years now. I just noticed this morning that they added a coffee machine in the waiting area, which I found very thoughtful. I might start coming here daily now 🤣 — just kidding! Kidding aside, I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Rob Balint, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Rusnak was very professional and compassionate. I generally feel jumpy & anxious at the dentist, even with cleanings, but he and the assistant helped me feel safer. Dr. Rusnak explained exactly what the restorative procedure would entail so there were no 'surprises'. Plus, while getting my tooth restored, they both checked that I was okay several times. Which I appreciated!
Knowledgeable, caring and very reassuring. My extraction was comfortable and Dr Yeung explained clearly what was happening during the procedure. I never felt rushed and all staff were happy to help. A very positive experience. I am to say I have found my new dentist :)
