I had my dental check-up and cleaning today, and my hygienist was Vanessa. She was excellent, very gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained each step of the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how engaging and professional she was. Overall, I had a great experience and I’m very happy with the service!
We had such an incredible experience with this dental clinic and Dr. Choi. My 5-year-old son needed an emergency check-up as the silver cap on his molar was swollen and irritated. Booking online was quick and easy the night before, and they confirmed our appointment early the next morning. My husband brought him in and said Dr. Choi was kind, relatable, and understanding—he even mentioned that he has children of his own, which really helped. Clover Hills Dental is the best!!!! I’m normally quite nervous and apprehensive at the dentist but all the staff there work so hard to make me feel relaxed during my appt. They are clear with the cost upfront and have a lovely group of people running the front desk to answer any questions you might have. The Dentists, Hygienists and CDAs are so kind and friendly. It’s such a great dental office.
Just got back from here. I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dentists and such and everyone was absolutely amazing. I love Nancy.. just so kind and patient and supportive. Everything I need done was fully explained and booked super quick to fix and they are making sure that my time in the chair is as comfortable as possible. that just means the entire world to me. My family have been going here for over a decade now. Super friendly staff with good knowledge on what’s expected in our visits. I often change our appointments to keep up with my kids’ busy schedule,, never had any issues with that.
