I had a pretty awful experience with the clinic today. So many things went wrong during a single appointment that I am not planning to ever coming back. When I arrived for my cleaning and exam today, I discovered that they had only booked me for a cleaning. After insisting on still seeing a doctor for a checkup (which was my primary reason for coming), the doctor came for only a couple of minutes and gave me a very rushed and cursory examination which left me feeling stressed and unsure of the state of my teeth. The dentist I normally visited had retired. I decided to come here as my husband has been using this dental office for years. I was feeling hesitant as I didn't know how it was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and individual attention displayed by the staff. I have only had my teeth cleaned by Jennifer. She was so gentle, friendly and caring. That's important to me which makes the appointment relaxing and easy.
Cloverdale Dental Group has looked after me for many years and everyone and everything is 100% top notch - the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Ryan is an amazing dentist who is patient, empathetic, explains everything thoroughly and is very meticulous with every aspect of my care. I moved two hours away and found I had to return as the hygienists and dentist cannot be replaced!
