I had a filling redone this week at Cloverdale Dental with Dr Gold. The work was done super quick and efficient. They were very attentive to my comfort level since I have mobility issues. I also opt to have no freezing when I have this work done and although they were very concerned with my pain level they did as I requested and it all went fine. I have been coming to Cloverdale dental group for years and they truly have never disappointed me. Karen the hygienist is so incredibly kind and makes me feel like I am a family member every time I visit! Not to mention I always leave feeling so clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend!
Right off the bat all the hygienists I have had have been very kind, Informative and have always given me a meaningful conversation. On the other hand, however I find the dentists seem extremely money hungry. During my last appointment they informed me I had a cavity, and that it needs to be filled immediately (with a hearty price of course) but then I found out they have had a record of the forming cavities as early as a year ago but never told me, weird? I had a pretty awful experience with the clinic today. So many things went wrong during a single appointment that I am not planning to ever coming back. When I arrived for my cleaning and exam today, I discovered that they had only booked me for a cleaning. After insisting on still seeing a doctor for a checkup (which was my primary reason for coming), the doctor came for only a couple of minutes and gave me a very rushed and cursory examination which left me feeling stressed and unsure of the state of my teeth. My visit was extremely pleasant. The services performed by the entire staff, (Dentist, Hygienist and Receptionist), were very professional, efficient and immaculate. I highly recommend this Dental Group to all who need excellent work done.
