Dental appointments are not known to be a pleasant experience. This is not the case at Colborne Family Dentistry. They are exceptional in making you feel at ease from the time you walk in to when you are finished and walking back out. Recommend to anyone. Life-long Londoner here who has used a number of different clinics. This is the best London has to offer.
We love our dentist office! All of the staff are super friendly, even my kids love going to the dentist! They always take time to explain procedures needed or encouraged and I’ve never felt pressured to do any procedure that wasn’t very much needed.
Everyone is nice. They are willing to talk things through with you to make the best possible care plan based on what you can do. The dentist and hygienist have a light touch for someone with sensitive teeth.
I’ve been so consistently impressed with Colborne Family Dentistry over the last decade. The hygienists have always been understanding and professional—even if someone has forgone dental work for many years—and they’ll patiently explain the details of a procedure to an anxious patient. Such a positive experience. Myself and my daughter are always welcomed with a smile, any questions are answered and direct billing makes the payment process so easy, even with multiple benefit providers. The hygienists respect my procedure requests and accommodate as best they can. The hygienist and dentist speak to me about issues in a respectful manner, alerting me to issues that could happen if I don’t change some habits, rather than shaming me for them.
