This was my first visit at this dental office but after this visit, i and my family will be switching to them permanently. They were able to get me in on short urgent notice, when my regular office had no one to help me, as all the docs were away at the same time. My dentist and hygienist at Cold Lake Dental were so compassionate and kind and resolved my issue with expertise and comfort. The ladies at the desk were also amazing in helping me get in asap. Would highly recommend this office!
I wish I could leave zero stars. This business is either incredibly disorganized, incompetent or simply doesn't value its customers time. Once you've waited months to become a patient, you're completely at their mercy. They have no problem changing your appointments over and over again, yet they have the audacity to threaten patients with a $100 cancellation or no-show fee if you inconvenience them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the upgrades they have done to the building as well as the newer technology for teeth cleaning. Even my daughter, who has a bit of a dentist phobia, had a great experience.
As a new resident to the area, they were able to take me on as a new patient without a lengthy wait like other practices in the area. The care I received was exceptional, the staff I dealt with were the very best of people. I am completely satisfied with the work I had done and would strongly recommend this dentist (Dr. Bhargava) to everyone that asks.
