I was very very impressed with Cold Lake Dental and the cleaning I had done there. It is modern and very recently refurbished and is very nice inside. It is also much larger than I expected with a lot of dental and hygienist stations (maybe a dozen in total). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally a huge thank you to Katie who performed my cleaning. It was the best cleaning I have had in my life (im 45). These folks are the kindest and gentlest of folks. I couldn’t think of going anywhere else. They take such good care of their clients. Friendly staff, great dentists! Very pleasant experience. The hygienist was pleasant, through, thoughtful. Answered all my questions. The receptionist was equally pleasant and helpful. This has been my doctors office for years now. Both Dr Naqvi and Dr Willert have both been incredible people to interact with and are excellent in their fields. Recently the place was renovated and looks amazing! Many thanks to all the staff at Cold Lake dental for keeping my smile its best all these years.
My daughters and I have been searching for a place that we feel care about their patients no matter the race. My daughters have been with Gateway Paediatrics until they were 13 and we were sad when it was time to go. We agreed that we would find a dentistry that sincerely uphold the same standards as Gateway Paediatrics. We have been searching along time and we have left other dentistry, after a couple of visits.
