The level of Trauma Informed Care by the Dental Assistants and Dr. Amir is impeccable. Besides the very relaxing chairs, not many dentist visits are really pleasant, but the staff at Cold Lake Dental have so far been extremely supportive and aware of taking a trauma informed approach to every interaction. I even noticed another Dental Assistant I had previously dealt with check in on how I was doing during my visit. It is always such a pleasant experience coming to Cold Lake Dental. The staff is incredible, the office is stunning, clean and accommodating. I was very very impressed with Cold Lake Dental and the cleaning I had done there. It is modern and very recently refurbished and is very nice inside. It is also much larger than I expected with a lot of dental and hygienist stations (maybe a dozen in total). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally a huge thank you to Katie who performed my cleaning. It was the best cleaning I have had in my life (im 45).
