Excellent service! Dr. Amir made sure I was comfortable and doing well. He even took the time to call and check on me after my procedure, which I really appreciated. The whole team was kind and professional. Highly recommended!
We’ve seen Dr. Viktoria a couple of times now for fillings, including for my 6-year-old who is extremely anxious about dental work. She was so gentle, patient, and kind with him that he was actually able to complete the procedure- which says everything. When it came to my own filling, the experience was just as great. It was professional, quick, and easy. I barely felt the freezing, and the dental assistant consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Best place to go for dental care! From cleanings to dental work, they are great. Highly recommend Dr. Viktoria! She is so calming, gentle, and takes time to explain things as needed. She was also great for my toddlers first happy visit. She was so understanding with his hesitation, and did an amazing job getting him to feel more comfortable.
What a wonderful dental office. Dr. Nik and all the staff have only ever be kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr.Nik is the first dentist I've seen in over 30 years that actually had a good bedside manner. He made a plan for the work I need done, and worked with me around other health issues to make sure this was taken care of safely. Highly recommended dentist.
Recent dental work and cleaning at Cold Lake Dental, the people there are truly amazing, as a person who suffers from dental anxiety I truly cannot express my gratitude for the care and ease of the appointment, they asked each step of the way if I was ok and made sure that I was comfortable. So thankful for the care of this clinic. Definitely recommend.
