Went there feeling great to get a cleaning. At this time I could eat anything i wanted pain free and without thinking about it. Left with serious problems. They offered "sealer" - the hygienist Ainsley applied it wrong. Dismissed concerns i expressed immediately. Sent me out unable to close my mouth all the way because of the extreme high spots. I am from out of town, and was having an issue with my tooth, they got me in next day. The staff was amazing, super friendly. The dentist himself was very easy to talk too, direct and kind. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
We had the most wonderful experience at our son's first dentist appointment! Right from the moment we walked in, his excitement was palpable, and the team at the dental office made sure to turn that excitement into a positive experience. Dr. Willert and her team were exceptional in every aspect. Their gentle and fun approach allowed him to explore the dental tools ensuring an enjoyable adventure. He left smiling and proud to show off his new toothbrush!
I am not one that loves the dentist. But, walking into Cold Lake Dental Centre was a positive experience. The staff greet you with a welcoming smile. The noticeable positive energy among the staff was nice to see. I was impressed with Dr. Wollert's professionalism yet she was very down to earth and comforting. I have found my forever dentist.
