I love my dental hygienist Shahida. She is amazing at what she does, she is very gentle and kind. I am lucky to have such a great dental place where all the staff is really great. I am also always impressed by the front desk and how they handle so much so well.
We received a phone call from the dentist's office about 8:30am , there was a problem with the boiler and my wife's 11:30am appointment would have to be rescheduled but if she could come sooner this morning , her check-up could be done . The short answer was yes . Her check-up was as soon as she could take her coat off . I mentioned that my same check-up was scheduled for next month . If I have the time I could have mine now also. Overall a great experience! All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Melissa was my dental hygienist. I instantly felt comfortable with her. She didn’t make me feel rushed. She was open to answering my questions and explained everything in detail. The cleaning itself was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. My teeth haven’t felt this clean in a long time. Highly recommend. Reception was great. Very Friendly. Shahida was extremely professional and easy to talk to. She ensures patient is comfortable at all times. Excellent treatment!
As much as I dislike going to the dentist, I do enjoy the atmosphere of this Dental Office. The front end staff always great me with a smile, my hygienist Shahida was amazing. The technique she used during my cleaning saved me from any jaw pain and the freezing gel she used was top notch!! Dr Morozov is very personable, explains issues and upkeep clearly, and is always smiling!
