All staff members from the front of the house, into the accounting department, then sent over to the Dental hygienists and then for fix up and repair with the Dentist and assistants run this Dental Centre like a Symphony Orchestra! Very kind and supportive. Helped me maximize my benefits and stay within my budget. They treated me with compassion and I always feel like they are really looking after me and not just my teeth. Dr Ben is caring and funny. All the ladies at the counter are fantastic. Great communication. Always greeted right away with a smile no matter how busy they are. I brought my 4 year old daughter in for her first check up and cleaning. The dental hygienist, Lindsay was incredible! She spoke directly to my daughter in a calm and fun manner to make her feel comfortable. She had lots of games and names to describe each piece of equipment and allowed my daughter to participate through the whole experience. My daughter enjoyed it so much she went home to play “dentist” with her little brother.
I come to this dental practice after another could not fit me in for months. They got me an appointment all set within a few days, the receptionist was very accommodating and polite. I went for my appointment and Dr Ben was really great, made me feel very comfortable less stressed about my issue and started to treat me right away as we discussed my journey for my teeth. What a great experience at Comox Dental Clinic. Recently moved here and was very happy to find a dentist taking new patients. Lovely office, great location and very friendly staff, including the office dog! They took care of my concerns with thorough care!!! Thank you!
