All staff members from the front of the house, into the accounting department, then sent over to the Dental hygienists and then for fix up and repair with the Dentist and assistants run this Dental Centre like a Symphony Orchestra! Dr Ben and his staff are amazing! I am a real chicken when it comes to going to the dentist so when I broke my tooth & had to have it pulled they treated me very well & made me feel comfortable! I had my new bridge installed today after a 7 month wait (I had knee replacement during that time & had to wait to get my work completed)! Dr Ben was very caring and I really appreciate his expertise!
Very kind and supportive. Helped me maximize my benefits and stay within my budget. They treated me with compassion and I always feel like they are really looking after me and not just my teeth. Dr Ben is caring and funny. All the ladies at the counter are fantastic. Great communication. Always greeted right away with a smile no matter how busy they are. I brought my 4 year old daughter in for her first check up and cleaning. The dental hygienist, Lindsay was incredible! She spoke directly to my daughter in a calm and fun manner to make her feel comfortable. She had lots of games and names to describe each piece of equipment and allowed my daughter to participate through the whole experience. My daughter enjoyed it so much she went home to play “dentist” with her little brother.
I have a brain injury. Was not sure how sensitive I would be to the noise and vibration of dental work. The hygienist was very accommodating and caring with me and she did a great job! The dentist was friendly and professional with his inspection. The girls at the front desk were friendly and efficient. A great experience across the board
