I come to this dental practice after another could not fit me in for months. They got me an appointment all set within a few days, the receptionist was very accommodating and polite. I went for my appointment and Dr Ben was really great, made me feel very comfortable less stressed about my issue and started to treat me right away as we discussed my journey for my teeth. We are new to the area, and been wanting to find a great dentist! I was fit in so quickly with an infection that needed to be dealt with. The receptionist(s) were both so friendly and welcoming :) the dental Assistant who helped me was also so friendly and comforting:) the dentist I had was WONDERFUL! Explaining to me exactly what was going on, and treatment needed. I will definitely and happily continue with this dental office! On entering the front door, I could see my dental tech reviewing my ex-rays in her room. Then as I sat down in her treatment room she was able to immediatly ask me pertinent questions. Her treatment was excellent, even a bit of pain I did not mind. Best service ever.
FIVE STARS ***** for Heidi for not only doing an amazing job at cleaning my teeth...but was a font of knowledge for my pesky questions! Also to the Doctor who administered the freezing...I've never had a more efficient and(relatively) painless procedure. The staff at the desk are always so cheerful and helpful too.
