My experience at the hands of Dr.Ben was better than I could have hoped for. The main assets were: 1. Excellent communication & learning of the process and tips for my dental cleaning practises. 2. Reasonable decisions on surgical actions to take or not during my visit. 3. Calm humerous reassurance. I will thoroughly recommend you to friends.

I was greeted by my name when I arrived which was nice. My hygienist was Celestina and she was wonderful. She was thorough, gentle and kind. The dentist Dan came in and he was also great and answered my questions without making me feel like I was putting him out.

I had really good care and attention by the hygienist ( I believe it was Celestine?). She was very attentive and always checked to see if I was comfortable and had any concerns with the procedures she was using. She also answered all my questions too. Job well done. Douglas Poucher

I was very impressed by the friendly and professional treatment I received. Dr. Ben is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and very concerned about my comfort. His staff is exceptional and also knowledgeable about all aspects of my visit. I felt welcomed.

Never had a negative experience at the dentist or orthodontist but after coming here that changed. The hygienist here are very hit or miss. First was good, second and third were very rough and uncomfortable and fourth was great. The dentist that comes from Vancouver who took out my wisdom teeth was great. The other one whose name I don’t know is very inattentive and honestly rude. I was also quoted lower than the service I paid for which included a visit from said dentist who acted as if this was a chore for him. I only came... read more
