This doctor is very patient and the treatment was very timely. I broke my tooth at 5 o'clock in the evening, and I called this clinic immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment for 6:40. It was fixed by 8 o'clock that night. It really saved my life; without this clinic, I really didn't know what to do. It's not an exaggeration to say it saved my life.
While visiting Ottawa from out of province I experienced a dental emergency and was lucky to find Connection Dental Care Group. They got me in quickly and Dr. Andy explained every step of the procedure as he worked on fixing the problem and also provided a report for my home dentist. Fiona, the office manager, took time to submit my Claim to my dental insurance provider in my home province. The whole experience was friendly and efficient. Thank you Connection Dental Care Group!
I have been a patient at this clinic for many years & have seen a great many changes in that time. My experience has always been exceptional. No one likes to go to the dentist but the service provided by the receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants & dentists at what is now Connexions Dental Group at 261 Montreal Road makes my visits there quite enjoyable & stress-free.
Highly recommend! Like most people, I’m really not keen on going to the dentist. Never have been and never will be. However, the attention and care given at every appointment is unshakable. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with the upmost respect and recognition. The hygienists and dentists have the best manners, compassion and expertise I've ever encountered. I’ve been going to Connexion Dental care for 20+ years and no plans to change that any time soon.
Amazing, they treated me so well. They did a fantastic job and took the extra time to make sure all was done correctly. Staff and Dentist very kind, polite, they explained things clearly and answered all my questions. They were careful to make sure I didn't feel pain during my session. TOP MARKS !!!
