My usual fabulous hygienist Ellis could not clean my teeth yesterday so with great misgiving I agreed to see David. And he was GREAT 🤩 So careful, gentle, yet a hundred percent thorough. And such a sweetie! Thank you very much David for an excellent, pleasant job.😁🩷

This doctor is very patient and the treatment was very timely. I broke my tooth at 5 o'clock in the evening, and I called this clinic immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment for 6:40. It was fixed by 8 o'clock that night. It really saved my life; without this clinic, I really didn't know what to do. It's not an exaggeration to say it saved my life.

Called for a dental intervention on a filling. The receptionist informed me that she couldn't book me until March. I then called the Ontario Dental Association, who affirmed that the 4 month wait time to receive a filling was not acceptable. Seek another dental appointment if you're in pain. Response to the clinic's reply: the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario have been notified with an investigation on the way. There is a serious issue with the front desk staff. They are unable to resolve even simple matters and instead ask clients to handle them. I also experienced rude behavior when I asked for assistance. I would not recommend this dental office.

Initial assessment went swimmingly. Very professional and confident dentist and staff. I need a significant amount of work done. I will update as the work progresses.
