This doctor is very patient and the treatment was very timely. I broke my tooth at 5 o'clock in the evening, and I called this clinic immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment for 6:40. It was fixed by 8 o'clock that night. It really saved my life; without this clinic, I really didn't know what to do. It's not an exaggeration to say it saved my life.
This clinic administration seems unable to provide even a consultation fee estimate, or to clarify what kind of appointment I'll be attending. I found the communication became increasingly dismissive and evasive around policies. If you require transparency, and information upfront before committing, I would not recommend this clinic. For routine appointments like cleanings, I recommend here, as the hygienist I saw was gentle, friendly, and skilled.
While visiting Montreal from out of province I experienced a dental emergency and was lucky to find Connection Dental Care Group. They got me in quickly and Dr. Andy explained every step of the procedure as he worked on fixing the problem and also provided a report for my home dentist. Fiona, the office manager, took time to submit my Claim to my dental insurance provider in my home province. The whole experience was friendly and efficient. Thank you Connection Dental Care Group!
I have been a patient at this clinic for many years & have seen a great many changes in that time. My experience has always been exceptional. No one likes to go to the dentist but the service provided by the receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants & dentists at what is now Connexions Dental Group at 261 Montreal Road makes my visits there quite enjoyable & stress-free.
My first experience and currently new client, I was very satisfied with the service and profesional staff, everything was explained from the start, receptionist was very kind and helpful as well , would highly recommend 😀 😊 👍
