We have had an incredible time at Cool Smiles! Both of my girls absolutely love going to the dentist (.....!), the staff are very welcoming, accommodating, attentive and friendly. We have been going for about 3 years now and I have nothing but great things to say! We also opted for the orthodontist as well, and they took their time to explain everything well. Best dentist office around! My kids love going here. I appreciate that hygienists always talk TO my children and explain each step of a procedure in a way they can understand. Front desk staff are friendly and have accommodated us for back to back appointments as we live an hour outside of Red Deer. I am also very impressed by the cleanliness! Even with all the animal figures, fake trees etc, everything is thoroughly cleaned and dust free! And of course, my kids love to use the tokens to gets some prizes! Would highly re... read more

We had a dental emergency and ended up having to go to cool smiles I was iffy due to previous reviews BUT we ended up having a great experience. My daughter was made so comfortable by Dr. Rob( I can't remember her first name) and her assistant Elaine. The front staff were also fabulous and so nice and smiley. We will definitely be back for routine check ups and we will be requesting Dr. Rob specifically.

Called with an immediate dental need for my 6 year old daughter. They were able to get us in that day and the staff were amazing. My daughter does not like the dentist but after walking into the office she was excited to sit in their chair and let them check her teeth. From the atmosphere, admin staff, dental hygienist and dentist our experience was great and we will be making this our new dental office. The way they work with kids is absolutely amazing.

My daughter was there for the first time yesterday. She really liked it there. She didn't want to leave😂 The staff is very nice. At the end of the visit she was given a gift and my daughter was happy😊 I recommend👍🇺🇦
