Cool smiles was AMAZING with my 3 year old. It was his first checkup. He did exceptionally well and even giggled when getting polish and rinsing done. He loved his time there and the hygienist and dentist were so patient and encouraging. He got a certificate for his first dental visit! He loved his prizes too! Also want to add that the receptionists were so kind. All around I highly recommend taking your littles here. If I could rate higher I would!
The wait wasn't long at all! They have tons of things there for children to stay entertained and busy if you do have to wait until the appt starts. The one person my daughter had was absolutely AMAZING! This was my 3 yo daughter's first ever dentist appointment and she was so amazing with her! I wish I caught her name! I had to bring my 1 yo son with me and she included him as well and interacted with him. As a mom I was nervous but they made me and my daughter feel extremely comfortable! We've had nothing but excellent experiences with Cool Smiles! My boys both needed a lot of dental work done, and the team here accomplished everything in a very timely manner and spent the time to explain all of the procedures and come up with a plan I was comfortable with. They are very accommodating and always go above and beyond to make sure my children are comfortable. Highly recommend!
It was our first time taking my almost 4 year old daughter to the dentist for a cleaning. The place was very clean. The secretaries were friendly and organized. There are touch screen games for kids. Not too many toys to touch - which is ok from a germ perspective. The assistant explained everything to my daughter and let her touch the tools to get more comfortable. We were pretty nervous about our 5-year-old needing a tooth extraction, but this clinic made the entire experience so positive. They took the time to explain what was happening in a way she could understand and constantly checked in to make sure she felt safe. When she got a little scared, they were incredibly patient and comforting.
