Had my daughter’s first dental visit (she’s 2 1/2) and it was such a great experience! As soon as we walked in, she loved all the animals everywhere and the staff was very welcoming. The hygienist was so great with my daughter and didn’t make us feel rushed. I was able to have my daughter sit on my lap while the dentist looked at her teeth so that it made her feel more comfortable. Such a great experience. My son's first dental visit and he was so happy and relaxed. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We needed an appointment before the holidays with short notice, they managed to squeezed us in. Amazing service. Thank you!
My child has gone to cool smile’s for three years. She has had the best experience there with all the work she has had done. Such a great experience their staff myself and how great they are with explaining everything to your kids. Highly recommend.
Cool smiles is always a great experience for our family. They are always so kind and patient with the kiddos. There are fun games to play in the waiting area and the staff are trained so well to help make it a more pleasant experience for our little ones. I think her name is Reta? But a huge shout out to her for doing such an amazing job with my son’s hygiene/cleaning apt yesterday. She was so sweet and kind to my son and did such a good job with his teeth. 100% recommend.
Cannot recommend them enough. Our son injured his mouth so had to take him in for an emergency exam and x rays. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist. They were all amazing with our son and with us.
