I was looking for a new dentist I could trust, and Coquitlam Centre Dental Clinic turned out to be exactly that place. The dentists are very kind, explain everything clearly, and take the time to go over all the options. The front staff are also warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable. I’m really happy I started going there and would definitely recommend them.
My experience at Coquitlam Centre Dental Clinic was great. Dr. Lina Ng is wonderful. She gives clear explanation each time, so that you know where you are in the whole process and understands the purpose of the treatment each time. She is compassionate and you can tell she cares about her patients and wants to do what's best for them. The reception staff are also kind and helped me with irregular requests. Highly recommended.
Can I go into negative stars with my review? I have been a longtime client of this dental center and a client of Dr Shadroui. After Dr Shadroui retired, my dental care was switched to a new replacement dentist, Dr B. I have seen this new dentist a few times and have not been happy with his care. Late in 2025, he did some fillings. During one of these routine fillings he grinded my tooth right down into the live nerve material, just simply covering my molar tooth with filler. Just as another person described, the assistant manager was nothing but rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Here’s the background: my 11 year old daughter was taken to the dentist for a cleaning by my cousin who is also a legal guardian. While he was doing some shopping while waiting for my daughter, they extracted a baby tooth without getting consent from either of us first. I was a patient at this clinic for over 15 years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. My appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday at 8:00 a.m., but I was mistakenly called on Monday morning and told I had missed it. I confirmed my booking was for Tuesday and was then asked to come in despite being 30 minutes late to the appointment time, which I felt would not allow enough time for a proper cleaning.
