Most times I don’t even have to wait. Walk right in. Front staff is lovely and engaging. My hygienist is gentle and accommodating. My dentist is affable and very articulate about what needs to be done. I wish I had a dental office like this when I was young.
Always acknowledgement upon arrival with a pleasant greeting. I have been going to this clinic for the last few decades and I have always been pleased with the service, kindness, and patience they’ve given me. I have been to both Dr Sertic and Dr Simmons over the years and they are very personable, professional and kind and I quite enjoy their sense of humour. Kudos to Country Club Dental!!
Dr Sertic is the most amazing dentist I have ever met! I struggle with major anxiety and after seeing him I no longer suffer with anxiety which is HUGE! He’s great with my little ones as well and I couldn’t recommend him more!
Very calming environment, friendly receptionist, professional staff, exceptional dentist who is always patient with me as I’m a pretty nervous customer. I appreciate the time my dentist takes to explain the procedures to me. I highly recommend!!
