Took my son here yesterday since its close to us. I can't say anything negative about his experience here and actually he loves it. They don't want to use my insurance and just pay upfront which is weird and when I pushed to try my insurance first, they made some lazy/random details that of course my insurance will reject and I have no choice but to pay. I got my cleaning done by Sandra and she is extremely professional! I don’t like dentist appointments as I have too much of sensitivity issues, but Sandra was so gentle and so good that now I think going for my next cleaning will not be postponed!! She deserves a big applause 👏🏻!!
I love their hygienist Sandra. She tells you what she is doing and checks in with you to ensure you are comfortable during your visit. Today I had the newest dentist and she was wonderful!! She again told me every step that she was taking and very gentle. A great addition to the Country Hills team.
