This is a first class operation. The receptionist was pleasant and courteous. There was minimal delay in terms of getting started. The Dental Assistant did a fairly comprehensive medical history as this was my first time there; and then took a panoramic x-ray. The Dr. did a thorough examination, and answered all my questions. Can't say enough good things about this dental office. They are all super friendly, really skilled and I've received great care and treatments over these past 7 years. The dentist examined me at short notice for a treatment I thought I needed, turns out I didn't and she didn't even charge for her time. So rare these days!
I had 3 teeth pulled which 2 of them included my wisdom teeth. Having a fear of dentists and dental procedures, Dr. Kufley recommended oral sedation. She and all of the staff involved went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable before, throughout, and after my extractions. They all took excellent care of me. 10/10 recommend and I will be back there for any future dental needs.
Having moved to Courtenay recently, I figured it was time to get a new dentist. I booked a new patient appointment and was surprised as to how much time and effort the entire staff spent on making me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire process lasted about two hours and I left with a clean mouth and a good hygiene plan moving forward.
