Gina and Vanessa were the sweetest ladies I have ever met. I usually hate going to the dentist but they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Gina is very quick with getting appointments scheduled! I’ve had to cancel a few times and they’ve never had an issue :) Definitely will continue to make the drive out there!
Dr Morris has a way of bringing assurance of being in the right place for your Dental Care. Being new to this location, I was greeted with much kindness from his staff as well. With Gental Hands my procedure was done. So Happy for my experience!
If your time is valuable to you, don't waste it coming here. On Oct. 10, 2024 I came here to get an impression for a sleep apnea device. Nov. 7, 2024, I came back to pick up the device but the device was an impression of someone else's, not mine. A second impression was taken. Jan. 2, 2025 I came back; and again, it was someone else's, not mine. The dentist owner, Mr. Grantham, offered no apologies for my troubles. He had no concerns for my loss of time and work. Going to the dentist makes me nervous even if it’s just for a cleaning, but Gina and Vanessa ALWAYS make my visit so pleasant and calming! They are super professional and have excellent customer service skills! They SURE are an asset to this office!
I went in nervous haven’t been to the dentist in decades. Went in for a chipped tooth done in 30 minutes with a great price decided to go back to start a treatment plan. The whole facility is filled with friendly staff that have you feeling welcomed with no judgment
