Nicole N was great to deal with. She was very gentle with my scaling as I have some sensitivities. I didn't have one problem at all and my teeth felt great when I left the office. The ladies up front are always so friendly and professional. I've always had great service from the staff in all areas.
Crawford Dental has been my clinic for thirty years. I drive an hour and 15 minutes to get there because they make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. Yesterday I went for my six month dental cleaning. The hygienist was so gentle with my sensitive teeth that I was relaxed throughout the hour I spent there. We have dentists and hygienist in our town, and they are wonderful people, but, I will continue to travel to Taber , it feels like home
Fantastic Clinic Experience! I visited this clinic last week for a cleaning, and I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Cindy was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about billing and appointments. The dental hygienist I worked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to offer valuable tips for brushing my teeth at home. I really appreciate the personalized care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a great dentist!
Been going here for many years and always get good service with friendly staff. My only beef is that they couldn’t finish my root canal and did not have the tools or technique to properly do the job. I had to be referred to a specialist in another town. Now I have to live with a LARGE hole in my tooth, waiting for my next appointment for a whole week!! Not my idea of a good time. I think some extra training is in order for the staff or I would have left 5 stars ⭐️.
My appointment again was great! I have been coming to Crawford Clinic for years and always had Dr. Malcolm. I feel he is a compassionate and understanding dentist and I have full confidence in his abilities. The staff and assistants are very efficient at their jobs an do make a person feel comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend Crawford Dental Clinic to people looking for a Clinic. Top notch! Thank you to all!
