I had a great experience at this facility. The dentist is very professional & kind, explained everything in great detail. The receptionists Lisa & Lauren are awesome! The young lady that did the dental X-rays & all, is very kind & sweet! Everyone here are very helpful & make you feel like a person not just another patient. I will highly recommend Crescent Dental to anyone. God bless you all 🙏❤️
I just switched to Crescent Dental & Orthodontics in Lockhart, Tx and I have absolutely loved my 2 visits! My first appointment was for new patient X-rays and a cleaning. It was fast and pleasant! My second visit was for an Invisalign consult. The staff, Dentist, and orthodontics team were all so friendly, professional, and efficient. I was on the fence about doing Invisalign at Cresent Dental or using a different brand at my old dentist. This dental office is great and friendly. Everyone were professional and explain what they to do. Stephanie she is very friendly greeting you a a nice smile. And explain what she doing and what needs to have done. I will be coming back and let my friends and family know about how nice Stephanie is at her work place. Thanks Stephanie.
Had my crown put in today. I received excellent customer service from Lisa who always goes beyond and above to make sure I'm taken care of. Gabby who was helping out from San Marcos also gave great customer service. Gabby was gentle with me when assisting the Doc. She was really good. The place is clean and people are nice.
I wanted to share how excellent Stephanie, the dental assistant, took care of me during a 3-hour procedure! She was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable! Thank you Crescent Dental for such a professional staff - well done!
