Super professional and friendly. I felt as though I was being treated like family. The dentists here are the best that I've had experience with in Medicine Hat, and they care a lot about you as a patient. They will work with you and make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is highly sanitized and clean also very relaxing. I highly recommend Crestwood Dental.

I absolutely love Dr. O’Connor! She is warm and thorough and I always feel like I’m in great hands with the entire team at Crestwood Dental. I have had a lot of dental work done in the last few years and it’s never been painful from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic!

On February 29, 2024 I lost a filling. I called twice that evening and left messages that I would like to book an emergency appointment to have the filling replaced. On March 01 I called the office again to book the appointment and got in later that day. I got my braces done here many years ago. Dr. Kershaw, is a kind man but he’s a dentist, not an orthodontist, I would go to an actual orthodontist who focuses primarily on that. About a year after having my braces removed (and keep in mind that I have been consistent in wearing my retainer at night), I started working in the dental field and I’ve been told by numerous dentists and hygienist that I now have abfraction from the misalignment of my teeth and that my bite should have been corrected with braces, unfortunately in ... read more

Love my Dentist and his team. The Office atmosphere is very nice and organize. The ladies at the desk and in the office always ready to help. This is the dentist that I go to with my family a for the past 15 years and I definitely recommend it to anyone in Medicine Hat. Keep up the great work!
