We moved to okotoks just over a year ago and after going to one dentist that was very rough and did some work that I wasn’t asked to go ahead with, we decided to go with a different dentist. Oh my goodness I’m so glad we did, we hit the jackpot by going to Crystal Smiles Dental!! They are ALL so kind, so welcoming, so gentle! I had a great experience at Crystal Smiles Dental! The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and did an excellent job. The clinic is clean, modern, and the service is always on time. I highly recommend Crystal Smiles to anyone looking for quality dental care!
Had issues with a tooth that was extracted from another dentist, went back twice and it seemed to get worst and worst. So I figured I would get a second opinion and went to Crystal Smiles in Okotoks. These ladies were amazing. They listened to my concerns, took X-rays and they found the floating bone piece. Dr. Lindsay was able to remove it, pack it and wasn’t even out the door and I haven’t felt this good in two weeks. Thank you to Crystal Smiles for the amazing service and looking after me.
Recently I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Jost at Crystal Smiles and he was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I was comfortable and prepared for my extraction. The receptionists where incredibly friendly and explained the cost well so that there were no surprises after the appointment. They follow the fee guide which is always nice! What a fantastic Office, everyone from Administrative, hygienist & dentistry was fantastic! I had a dental emergency they seen me promptly an resolved my concern. I was thrilled with everything during my visit, I have found our family's permanent care team @CrystalSmilesDental our transition to Okotoks is now complete.
