I highly recommend this dentist and the whole Crystal Smiles staff/experience. They are nothing shy of miracle workers. I have high anxiety related to dental work, but Dr. Vicki and her team put me at ease and even more importantly, the 2-hour procedure (two major fillings replaced), was painless. The clinic is also high-end, state-of-the-art environment and equipment. I’m so impressed.
Excellent place for kids first dental visit, went with my 1 and 3 year old and they really enjoyed their first time at the dentist. Staff is knowledgeable, patient and kind to little ones. Highly recommend.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I've never felt more taken advantage of and that they were only there tell me I needed something to bill my insurance plans. I was mislead into believing I needed treatments and the dental hygienist always told me "it's great, you have 2 insurance plans" over and over. I went back after the dentist re-did a filling poorly and was causing a lot of discomfort to only be told to take Advil everyday and get over it. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. The ladies in the front, are super informative, friendly, and just make you feel welcome. After one appointment I was getting greeted by name. My personal schedule can be super annoying sometimes and the staff is always super accommodating and flexible which is so appreciated. Dr.Vicki & her assistant are the dream team!
