This has to be the best dental clinic that I have been to. They are fantastic with my young son, he is always extremely calm and comfortable while the staff work with him. They are great for my blue-collar husband. He actually left his appointment extremely happy with how it went, when normally getting him to go is like pulling teeth in itself! Ryan and Denise made the experience of having a filling actually pleasant! They made adjustments in their schedule to coordinate with my drive schedule, which was really appreciated. Dr. Karamlou checked another tooth that has been cold sensitive and gave me his recommendation on it even though he was there to work on a different tooth. Looks like I'll be a patient for life!
I am a cottager in Lake of Bays and was experiencing severe tooth pain. I called on a Monday was seen by a dentist within a couple of hours. It was determined that I had a cracked molar and needed treatment. Two days later I saw an oral surgeon and made a plan for further treatment. I really appreciated the communication between the surgeon, dental assistant and front desk. All were friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what I needed to know going into surgery in a month. And understanding about my nervousness … with a solution. Thank you for your attentiveness.
I am extremely happy that I chose to go with this clinic. They are very professional, but at the same time they could take my sarcasm all I could say they are a great bunch of professional professionals also, any questions you have they are very open and will answer Any and all questions that you may have.
