I always enjoy seeing Stacey - she does a beautiful job cleaning and polishing my teeth, checking for anything that isn't quite right. And she's fun. Dr. Shervin does a really wonderful job of talking you through whatever he's doing - I said to Stacey he'd make a great labour coach! He's very gentle and quiet and makes sure that I'm comfortable. I like the whole team, they're all very pleasant and professional! Definitely 5 stars from me! Tammy
My daughter is 5 and has being going for checks up since 2.5 yrs old. The staff have always been so great with her. This time she went in for her cleaning all by herself as she has built a great bond with the staff and trusts them. I was able to sit in the waiting room until her cleaning was complete. She loves visiting team at dairy lane dental in Huntsville.
I have to totally agree with one review that states that the experience at Dairy lane was not client oriented but money driven. I have spent thousands off dollars on my teeth only to end up with bigger problems. I have taken my experience to others for second opinions and will never return. Im putting this out there because I dont believe the positive reviews and think that positive or NEGATIVE experience should be communicated.
I liked the new dentist. She explained things well. And also, I like the other team members, who have been there for a long time. Very good to have the insurance dealt with right away on check-out.
Great service, great team. Always able to get in quickly. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
