I'm so glad I recently signed up my husband and I as well as a senior friend to become patients at Dairy Lane Dental! It is wheelchair accessible, beautifully decorated and you are greeted by friendly staff. The waiting area is super cosy with comfortable leather couches which surround a beautiful fireplace. There's lots of large windows both in the waiting area and in each dental room. I had an appointment with Dairy Lane Dental recently, and they were awesome! They were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and they even gave me some great tips to keep my teeth in good shape. You can tell they really care about their patients. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, Denise is the one to see. Highly Recommend!!
Everything is perfect and very Professional, from the moment you walk in. Yet, the personal experience with my delightful Hygienist, Denise, is a pleasure to see and changes everything the way I used to feel about seeing The Dentist in the past. I've gone to a number of dentists over the years and Dairy Lane Dental is the most professional dental office I've experienced. Whether I go for a cleaning or major restorative work, I know that they will do everything in their power to provide great service. I recently had quite a bit of work done with a small problem with one crown. They quickly fixed the problem at no charge.
Was lovely to see how much the Dental staff that worked on me today were so confident and happy doing their work. The conversations they had "Over" me was knowledgeable and up lifting. Made for a good experience considering the extent of the work being done on my teeth. The beautiful view of the Muskoka River and large windows added to the positive experience. The Dentist too, was not rushed. He provided me with information i need to make some serious decision's about future dental work.
