Northgate Dental Clinic have been extremely easy to deal with. The staff is fast, friendly & efficient; my hygienist and Dr Ma are both amazing (very thorough, friendly & kind) and they direct bill. Thank you very much!

On July 17, 2025 I had to schedule a last minute apppointment to get dental exam and work for a pending medical condition. The team right from reception to the payment were client centered moving any barriers, engaged in caring conversation in two way dialogue. The appointment was efficient and timely and the chatter was removing barriers and getting work done so other procedures would not be slowed up. SO THANKFUL for the staff and the dentist at the clinic.

I had a traumatizing situation happen a couple years ago with a dentist that has since left this location. I shared that I could have some ptsd symptoms and they were above and beyond kind, understanding, kept me in the loop and gave me a response with my hand should something be wrong. I arrived early and they took me in early. They were efficient, friendly and effective. Probably the best dental experience I have ever had - which is tough considering dental appointments always involve discomfort!
