I am very impressed with the services here. I called in as I was having some issues with my tooth, they got me in the very next day, gave me a suitable time as I have a distance to travel. I came early to my appointment and they took me in right away, no waiting whatsoever! My tooth issue was resolved, they even picked up a potential problem with one of my other teeth. Northgate Dental Clinic have been extremely easy to deal with. The staff is fast, friendly & efficient; my hygienist and Dr Ma are both amazing (very thorough, friendly & kind) and they direct bill. Thank you very much!
Had severe dental anxiety and these folks made me feel so supported during my long overdue appts. If you have dental anxiety I highly recommend this clinic.
On July 17, 2025 I had to schedule a last minute apppointment to get dental exam and work for a pending medical condition. The team right from reception to the payment were client centered moving any barriers, engaged in caring conversation in two way dialogue. The appointment was efficient and timely and the chatter was removing barriers and getting work done so other procedures would not be slowed up. SO THANKFUL for the staff and the dentist at the clinic.
I had a traumatizing situation happen a couple years ago with a dentist that has since left this location. I shared that I could have some ptsd symptoms and they were above and beyond kind, understanding, kept me in the loop and gave me a response with my hand should something be wrong.
