I am very impressed with the services here. I called in as I was having some issues with my tooth, they got me in the very next day, gave me a suitable time as I have a distance to travel. I came early to my appointment and they took me in right away, no waiting whatsoever! My tooth issue was resolved, they even picked up a potential problem with one of my other teeth. Been going here for a while now. Always good friendly service. Never an issue. Processes my insurance for me and makes for a smooth process.
I arrived early and they took me in early. They were efficient, friendly and effective. Probably the best dental experience I have ever had - which is tough considering dental appointments always involve discomfort!
Northgate Dental Clinic have been extremely easy to deal with. The staff is fast, friendly & efficient; my hygienist and Dr Ma are both amazing (very thorough, friendly & kind) and they direct bill. Thank you very much!
