I truly have all good things to say about Dawson Dental. Everyone is always so kind and compassionate. My daughter (8, 7 when we changed offices) absolutely loves going there. Sure it’s not all done up and fancy like a “kids dentist” but they absolutely take care of the kids and adults with KINDNESS, COMPASSION and they are thorough. Thank you!
Such nice staff and great service. I went in for a cleaning today, and had questions lined up about how I can improve my smile- including asking about whitening treatment. All staff was there to help, and provided me with great feedback and some useful tricks, as well as providing me with step by step instructions on their at home teeth whitening treatment. From the time I got there to the time I left, I felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Hats off to their great customer service!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Dawson Dental truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service and friendliness. My mother has visited many dentists over the years, but she’s never felt as comfortable and well-cared-for as she does here. She doesn’t speak English very well, yet the staff—especially the women working with her—have gone above and beyond to make sure she feels understood and comfortable. I absolutely love going to Dawson Dental! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and helps put you at ease. The environment is always super clean and sterile; they really prioritize patient safety and comfort. I had pain in my tooth that started Monday, went to Dawson dental on Wednesday and had the problem fixed by Friday. This office is in a great location on hespeler, easy to access by bus. The office is very clean. Booking an emergency appointment is easy. They send you a text reminder an hour before your scheduled appointment.
