I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Dawson Dental truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service and friendliness. My mother has visited many dentists over the years, but she’s never felt as comfortable and well-cared-for as she does here. She doesn’t speak English very well, yet the staff—especially the women working with her—have gone above and beyond to make sure she feels understood and comfortable. Such nice staff and great service. I went in for a cleaning today, and had questions lined up about how I can improve my smile- including asking about whitening treatment. All staff was there to help, and provided me with great feedback and some useful tricks, as well as providing me with step by step instructions on their at home teeth whitening treatment. From the time I got there to the time I left, I felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Hats off to their great customer service!
Dawson extracted a tooth for me and it was a complete walk in the park. Lots of communication in regards to the procedure, step by step they worked through the extraction with little to no discomfort. I could not recommend Dawson Dental more. Thank you for a very comforting experience.
I absolutely love going to Dawson Dental! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and helps put you at ease. I had pain in my tooth that started Monday, went to Dawson dental on Wednesday and had the problem fixed by Friday. This office is in a great location on hespeler, easy to access by bus. The office is very clean. Booking an emergency appointment is easy. They send you a text reminder an hour before your scheduled appointment.
