I had a great dental appointment and a wonderful experience. Sachi, the hygienist, was incredibly gentle and careful with the cleaning, and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I was so happy with her care that I asked to have her for all my future appointments. Dr. Niloo was also excellent — kind, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend this office! Susan at reception was very nice, caring, and welcoming as well. Highly recommend this office!
I’ve been going to Dawson Dental Centre in Burnaby for about five years now, and every visit has been a consistently positive experience. The staff are always warm and welcoming, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The hygienists are friendly and thorough with their cleanings, which I really appreciate. The whole staff is so nice I would name all of them one by one the dentist Neloofer an amazing as well as knowledgeable person about her profession. She was polite and caring ❤️ the ladies at the reception Suzan and Rossy so welcoming !! The dentist assistant sanche and Parveen super gentle Actually we feel everyone cares and highly professional. I went to the dentist after years and it was a really good experience. I had to go back thrice in one week and got most of my work done. The doctors were nice and incredibly informative, thoroughly explaining all of my issues as well as all my options. The staff were also extremely friendly and promptly helped with appointments and insurance payments. Highly recommend!
This is by far one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. The team is friendly, professional, and extremely caring. The dentist explained the treatment clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
