I went to the dentist after years and it was a really good experience. I had to go back thrice in one week and got most of my work done. The doctors were nice and incredibly informative, thoroughly explaining all of my issues as well as all my options. The staff were also extremely friendly and promptly helped with appointments and insurance payments. Highly recommend!
The whole staff is so nice I would name all of them one by one the dentist Neloofer an amazing as well as knowledgeable person about her profession. She was polite and caring ❤️ the ladies at the reception Suzan and Rossy so welcoming !! The dentist assistant sanche and Parveen super gentle Actually we feel everyone cares and highly professional. After along time I had my fear gone about the dentist place. A must come place for everyone for dental experience. Rates are also reasonable 👍 Thank you, Kanwal
I’m extremely happy with my experience here. Everyone at the clinic is so professional, caring, and welcoming. The dentist explained everything clearly and did an excellent job — no pain at all and perfect results. The clinic is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great dental care.
Dawson Dental has been mine and my partners dentist for around 8+ years, we even stayed after it switched owners a couple years back. I cannot recommend this place enough, from their amazing, lovely, friendly and extremely knowledgeable receptionists (Rossi is the best), to each and everyone of their hygienists, and the two wonderful dentists that run the practice, you can't go wrong with this clinic. Very disappointing experience. I visited this dental clinic and the front desk staff treated me extremely poorly. They provided almost no clear information, were rude from the moment I arrived, and didn’t help at all with activating my insurance. Because of their lack of proper guidance, I ended up leaving without receiving any treatment. The receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and instead of helping, they made the experience stressful and confusing.
