One of my veneers (previously made by a Prosthodontist), recently chipped, and Dr. Rooz has just made new ones for me. I am beyond thrilled with not only the end result, but with the entire experience. Both Dr. Rooz and his assistant Crissa, welcomed me with kindness and care. The dentist, Dr. Ruz, made me feel very much at ease. I feel that I received very high quality dental care from him. HIs assistant also seemed very good. The receptionists on duty were both friendly and professional.
Dr. Shainhouse treated me for the first time for a dental emergency. I have found my forever dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of me and having the softest freezing touch. His assistant was my emotional support person and let me squeeze her hand. 5 shiny stars for DD Midtown.
The entire team at Dawson Dental Mid town is fabulous! Front desk is always cheerful, helpful and attentive. Hygienists are all excellent. Dr Rooz is in a class of his own! Best dentist ever!
Due to a series of negative experiences, I have made the decision to leave this dental office and will not be returning. My concerns relate to what I believe was a lack of appropriate care, limited transparency regarding treatment, and ongoing administrative challenges.
