Our hygienist was so wonderful with our four year old, he was so funny and patient and fast! He made it a lovely experience for her. The receptionist checked on us, and gave our daughter tons of fun things to take home after. She wanted to play “dentist” all day! Thank you :)
Our family previously visited Dawson Dental – East York and were always satisfied with their services. However, during my recent tooth extraction with Dr. Shamal Kulkarni, I experienced behaviour that I felt was unprofessional and had concerns regarding hygiene practices. This was my first appointment with Dr. Kulkarni. The procedure appeared to be beyond her level of expertise, as multiple attempts were made and the process was extremely painful. She also insisted on grafting, though I told her that I will decide later.
I want to thank my Hygienist Sue in Dawson dental. She is very professional and really take care of patients. She told me how to maintain my teeth when I brush my teeth daily. It really helpful.
Detailed presentation; the hygienist was very thorough and detailed and walk me through each steps. She checked in also periodically for any pain point. Really great . A++
If you are on the Canadian Dental Care Plan avoid unless you have funds to blow. They still charge on top of the plan coverage even if you are 100% covered. The dentist did not listen as I tried to explain my situation. Ignored when I stated I would not feel pain due to the qmedication I am on. I am also a cancer patient so was shocked when I was blindsided by having to pay anything. Was only immediately referred to a pathologist or oral surgeon.
