Devanshi and Aayushi at the front desk are super friendly and responsive — booking appointments is always smooth, and they coordinate everything really well. They’re quick to reply and genuinely helpful. My cleaning was done by Kim, and she did an absolutely amazing job. I’ve been going to this location on and off for nearly 20 years, dating back to before it became Dawson Dental (formerly Dr. Pulec), and I feel it’s time to move on. Over the past few years, the experience has steadily declined, which I attribute to a more chain-style management approach.
