Always a great experience at Dawson. Friendly reception, my appointments always start on time and the exam rooms are clean and comfy. Dr Tai is terrific, and the hygienists are all lovely people, very gentle while also exceptionally quick at their work, I'm always able to get in and out on a lunch hour with no issues. This office is not salesy at all, no services are pushed, they only recommend what's necessary and then leave it with you to decide. Can't recommend them enough.
I have always enjoyed the treatment at Dawson Dental. I started coming to Dawson Dental when Dr. Gelfand opened his original practice. The front staff ways always friendly. Now the front staff sometimes treat you like you're going to run out without paying. Dr. Gelfand used to let you pay in payments. Now they want everything up front. Dr. Shen and the dental staff are always lovely. The only problem was that I went for almost a year to have my teeth fixed and it was supposed to be finished. Just had a fantastic experience with Dr Nessim , I’ve had crooked front teeth that have bothered me for almost all of my life. Dr. Nessim seamlessly gave me a smile I thought I would never have again. I am overjoyed with the work he has done . I can finally smile as bright as I’ve always dreamed . Today I had an appointment on short notice and I was very impressed with the staff at Dawson Dental. They were very attentive to my concerns and offered several options and cost estimates.
