Today was my first time at Dawson Dental. The atmosphere is lovely and receptionists were welcoming. The hygienist did a very thorough assessment, asked and answered questions and explained what she was doing and WHY which is often missed in my experience. I really appreciate that and her friendly attitude. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.
As someone new to town, finding ourselves in the middle of a dental emergency with my 5 year old daughter was stressful. From the moment we walked into Dawson Dental, we were met with kindness, compassion, and exceptional care. Dr. Harsh and his dental assistant were nothing short of amazing. I have been a client of Dawson Dental in the past but for this current review, I am over the moon happy with their services of wisdom teeth removal from start to finish. The dental hygienist, I believe her name is Dana, was incredibly knowledgeable & supportive throughout the whole process, from explaining the steps, what I’m reading / signing, checking to see if I’m doing okay, and checking on me afterwards. What a great experience. Its been hard finding a dentist that compared to our old dentist before we moved here. After trying out a few, we found Dawson Dentistry and have had nothing but positive experiences. My youngest child has his exam today and was all smiles. And a bonus is direct billing to our insurance.
Our 3 year old had an appointment today and the staff were very understanding and showed him everything before they did it. He left happy and excited about his new tooth brush.
