Great service. Quick, fast, efficient, friendly service. They will help you figure out your dental plans if you are with a group insurance and let you know what they can and cannot do and are really good at sending in predeterminations and helping to ensure they utilize my benefits plan. Was able to match up the fillings to the same color as my teeth so you can't even tell that I had work.
My visit to Dawson Dental today was a very positive experience. Mitaly the dental hygienist thoroughly, gently and patiently cleaned and polished my teeth. While in the chair, Dr. Shandana came in to check my teeth and answer my questions concerning chronic dental issues. I felt informed and reassured with her explanations. Unexpectedly, a crown popped off during the cleaning process. Although Dr. Shandana was extremely busy, she availed herself to glue the crown back in place. The staff are a perfect blend of personable and professional, always providing transparent information about pricing and procedures. The effort they put into creating a comfortable environment in the office really shows. They are also trans-friendly, with staff easily adjusting language and communications, often without my prompt (thank you 🙏). They accept the Canadian dental plan coverage too! Highly recommend
