The staff at Dawson Dental are so professional, extremely friendly and always willing to bend over backwards to help make the experience at the dentist better. Honestly, they are like family. I’ve been going to Dawson Dental since I was very young and even when new employees start, it feels as if they have always been part of the team. Dawson Dental is a very special place. Excellent experience at Dawson Dental Kingston. The doctor was very patient, and the assistants were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. My son was a little nervous and restless, but they treated him with so much patience and sensitivity the entire time. We especially appreciated that the assistants spoke Spanish and helped us communicate perfectly, making everything smooth and stress-free with no language barrier at all. Truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
My kids ages 3 and 6 always have a great cleaning experience at Dawson Dental! Staff made sure to make us feel at home in the waiting area. The dentist and hygienists were patient and kind, and made the cleaning and checkup experience fun and interactive for the kids. The kids loved getting to pick a new toothbrush and reward from the treasure chest at the end of the appointments. I would highly recommend this clinic for both kids and adults. The very best in Kingston!
Amazing work done by doctor Muneeb in Kingston. I had extensive work done over the last 4months. Dr Muneebs chair side manner is exceptional, I was never left not knowing step by step of the procedure. I received a filling today and actually told the doctor that I have never been more relaxed in a dentist chair than today and I’m 63 years old. Thank you for the painless visits.

The day before my appointment, I called the clinic specifically to confirm whether they accepted both of my dental insurance plans: my primary insurance (Manulife) and my secondary insurance through ACCERTA under the MFAP program. I explained my situation clearly and even repeated my question to make sure there was no misunderstanding.
