Friendly, honest, and helpful. I came here after reading the other reviews, as I was looking for a new dentist. I went in for an initial visit and was thoroughly impressed from everyone. The atmosphere is calming in the front office. They have a tv and a coffee station for anyone who is waiting, although they don’t seem to keep anyone waiting for more than a few minutes after greeting you and confirming your arrival. My wife and I were introduced to Dawson Dental - Kitchener through our close friend Bibi, who works there with Dr. Layth Mohammed’s dental assistant. I’ve had the most wonderful doctor’s visits since a while in the past month at Dawson Dental. The staff, the doctors and especially doctor Maqbool (apologies for misspelling the name) has treated me with utmost care and made me feel relaxed during my multiple treatments. I’ve high gratitude towards Manisha and other staff members who gave me detailed explanations about the whole process and walked me through it thoroughly.
Tina is my hygienist and Dr Mohammed my dentist. I am wildly grateful for the service they provide. Always courteous, personable and impeccable at their jobs. I have been to a variety of dentists and these two are by far the best I have ever had care for me. Thank-you both so much for your attention to detail, patience, and kindness.
