Staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As a busy working mom, I love that they are efficient with their time, and send out reminders of upcoming appointments and follow up insight. I had gone with another local dentistry team for 25 + years prior, and so happy I made the switch. They’ve got. life long client between myself and my family
The staff are so amazing, kind, friendly and deligent in the comfort of their patients. They are prompt & often call to verify if you would like an earlier appointment, etc. Their waiting room is always pleasant to spend time in. They really seem to enjoy what they do and that makes coming and going much easier. I would recommend them to any one looking to improve their smile, health and confidence.
Every once in a while, you meet someone in healthcare who reminds you what compassion really looks like. That someone, for me, was Dr. Anjali Agarwal at Dawson Dental, along with the ever-kind Dr. Niharika. Dr. Mohan and her assistant were amazing last night during my first consultation! They were caring, thorough and I felt very at ease! Looking forward to receiving my treatment plan and procedures so I can smile again! :)
My hygienist is always pleasant, friendly and good at her job. In the other hand front reception is horrible the girl with the long brown hair and tattoos is unfriendly and unprofessional. Doesn’t greet you nor is she very friendly, you can tell she does not like her job I have been going to Dawson Dental for a very long time.
