Newly moved to the city and had to find a new dental clinic. Came across Dawson Dental because it was close to my place and almost changed clinics because they were closed on weekends but so glad I didn’t! I regret I didn’t get the names of the two lovely receptionists at the front but they are so friendly and professional. Went in for two appointments one for a check up and cleaning and Dr Saadia was lovely she did the cleaning, although I couldn’t really speak with her working in my mouth the conversation was amazing. My second appointment was with Dr Igor, I had these two white spots on my teeth that I’ve had my whole life and he tried a non invasive procedure that would possibly help make them go away. They are completely gone now, amazed with the results. Very nice people at the clinic, very hospitable and accommodating, highly recommend!
The entire team at this practice is both highly professional and genuinely caring, creating a wonderfully positive atmosphere. My hygienist Stacy is exceptional - she provides excellent care and invaluable home care advice. Dr. Mandel is equally compassionate and skilled. This practice truly stands out for combining expertise with a warm, patient-focused approach.
Stacy was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions about brushing and better flossing technique And Doctor Mandel was great as always. I’ve been going here since 1987. Excellent dental practise.
Melanie is professional, sincere, caring, and personable. She consistently keeps her patient comfortable and informed during the procedure, keeping them at ease.
