My first dental clinic experience in Canada was at Dawson Dental, and it was absolutely wonderful! 😊 From the front desk staff to the doctors and assistants, everyone was incredibly polite, professional, supportive, and genuinely kind and friendly. My husband, my son and I went to Dawson for the first time for our dental cleaning and check up. We were very pleased with the service which was offered. Shannon was very gentle and friendly and made me feel welcomed. I am very happy with her service. Overall our first time was very pleasant and all the staff were very professional. They're definitely our new dental office:)
Dawson Dental Scarborough is a 5 star clinic. Staff are amazing , they always have a genuine smile and when i come in....they know and greet you by name. I have met in my previous visit the staff whose name is Mercy who is amiable and has a great personality.... she makes all her clients feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. DAN is a grear dentist for all people needing fillings, but want to reconize him for his ability to work with children. He's supper kind and caring, he listens and explains to the children everything he has to do and makes sure, their comfort level is taken care of first without rush or preshure. Had my invisilign treatment with this clinic. I still have a massive overbite that was not fixed but was told it was normal. A few months after completing my treatment, I noticed that food was getting stuck in between my back teeth and causing me lots of pain and issues. I saw another dentist at the practice who told me the spaces between my teeth are too large and they should have been closed up with invisilign.
