Going downhill recently. Ashley is great however couldn't say the same for everyone else! It takes weeks to book an appointment, reschedule a appointment, they stress you out with mesaages and calls from multiple numbers and its a stressful experience. Been a patient for a long time, and wanted to do whitening for my birthday but they took almost two weeks to even get to me from 4 differnt numbers. I decided against it due to stressful experience. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and professional. Dr Gelfand is amazing, he always has the clients best interest in mind, offers suggestions and does not pressure any client to make a rush decision. He is always professional and willing to help. I have visited him quite often since my inplants and with every appointment he takes his time to explain any concerns.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Jeff at Dawson Dental as my tooth had cracked. I needed a root canal done along with a crown placement. From the initial consultation to the final appointment, Dr. Jeff was super friendly, thorough and professional. He made sure to explain everything throughly which allowed me to make an informed decision. The hygienist (who I unfortunately do not recall the name of) and receptionist staff were also amazing! Will definitely be back for any future dental needs.
I had an extremely disappointing experience. My daughter was in severe pain and visibly distressed, yet the only advice given was to take Tylenol and Advil. They didn’t make any real effort to treat her or provide relief, and instead referred us to another pediatric clinic in Don Mills. It was frustrating to see no attempt made to actually help, especially after accepting us as patients.
