I absolutely love Dawson Dental. Unfortunately I have had a terrible time finding the right dentist, it was awful until I was referred to Dawson. The staff is impeccable, so welcoming and kind! I’ve been going there now for years so it would take me forever to mention everyone. I do want to give a shout out to my dentist Dr. Vyas. He is amazing, honest, funny as anything and absolutely listens to your needs and concerns. As always, The team at Dawson are fantastic! Samantha’s likely one of the best dental hygienists in my experiences over a lot of years at many dentists! She is delicate at her job and has never disappoints on quality! Thank you Samantha and team!
Went for a cleanup and polishing and everyone was so welcoming and kind. Dr Sonal especially who did such a great job with my teeth! Will def recommend them. 10/10. Keep it up guys! :)
Over the past 40 years I’ve experienced many dentists involving a variety of procedures ranging from fillings root canals bridges and to implants. None have come close to the professionalism and competence of the team that completed my treatment today. Painless fast no discomfort and conducted with humour and great care for well being. They even discovered an overlooked abscess that was treated quickly and painlessly. Happy to travel to Waterloo for any future dental treatment
Reply to the first comment - go ask your employee, Sam, who texted me first to text him/her back to book a different time after I booked a non-existent time on your obviously poorly maintained schedule on your website. I then sent another text requesting a different time slot which was never responded to. After 3 days of no response, I left a review today explaining this situation , which was SWIFTLY removed.
