Love this dental office. Everyone is very friendly and kind. They're easy to get a hold of to make appointments, and they're great with kids. My kids, for the first time, aren't scared to have dental appointments. They have been very flexible and understanding the 2 times we have ran a little bit late and they send text message reminders for appointments which I find very helpful. Great place, everyone here is great at what they do.
I had 2 molars pulled and it was an amazing experience. The specialist, his assistant and the followup nurses were super. They treat you with respect and care about your needs. I highly recommend Dawson Dental on Northfield Drive in Waterloo. I can say nothing but positive things about them. My procedure is healing nicely with no complications. Just started going to Dawson dental. Both my partner and I had comprehensive exams done + cleanings, then came back a week later to have some wisdom teeth removed and a few fillings. Both times were great experiences. Staff & Dentist are all very friendly. If you express to them some concerns about your visit either anxiety or just fear of the dentist they work with you to make it as comfortable as possible. Been going to Dawson for over a decade. Dr. Vyas is the BEST dentist I've ever had in my life. He is fast, gentle and a very sweet man. He will do anything to make you feel comfortable, always asks how your family is doing, work ect. He remembers. Amazing man. His staff are incredible. Go above and beyond ♥️ amazing people!
I would never recommend this location to anyone. It’s unfortunate because the dentist is amazing, however, trying to deal with reception is infuriating. I have had issues every single time I have tried to book my son an appointment, from them leaving voicemails that I am going to be charged for missed appointments even though THEY had the wrong time (they rescheduled me because the dentist couldn’t make the appt), to never responding to emails until you send 2-3 follow ups asking for a response, to not passing along messages... read more
