By far the best experience I’ve had with a dental office as a whole. Everyone is always so kind and accommodating. All hygienists I’ve seen have been thorough and communicated all steps throughout the process, and the dentist has a gentle touch through all the hard dental procedures you dread, and he keeps it so fun for the kids! Highly recommend, plus, as an added bonus, if you ask really nicely, Dr Ben will let you shoot a water gun at the nice office manager. :)
I am dentist shy and have to get a lot of work done I have had a reconstructive filling and an extraction successfully done and with no pain. But I have to say not only are the dentist and hygienist professional and good people they let me know what my procedure would cost so I am not surprised but I must also mention that the ladies at reception are amazing. EXCEPTIONAL CARE! I have a serious problem and fear of going to the dentist but with extreme patience and care Dr. Fox and staff got me through the procedure!! Their professionalism, care and over-the-top patience are outstanding! I highly recommend them and thank you!!
Extremely Unprofessional and Uncaring Experience I brought my son to this dental office for a toothache and paid for X-rays and a consultation. The dentist, Dr. Kat was uncertain whether he needed a root canal and referred us to an endodontist, without offering a clear diagnosis or initiating treatment. Firstly, you can see that I have only ever written 5 stars reviews. This is the one and only time that I have ever felt compelled to share my negative experience as it involved the care of my son. I am appalled at the office’s response. It contains multiple false and misleading claims that I must address. My review is a truthful, firsthand account of what happened.
