Deer Valley Dental Care is absolutely amazing! Their hygienist Chona is truly top-notch. She’s highly skilled and meticulous, she makes sure your teeth are perfectly clean every single time. You can tell she genuinely cares about your dental health and pays great attention to detail. On top of that, their hours are incredibly convenient. They’re open 7 days a week and stay open until 9 PM on weekdays, which makes scheduling appointments so much easier for busy people. Highly recommend this dental care center!
This is my first visit to a dentist in Canada, and I had an excellent experience. The staff from entering the office to leaving the office were very respectful, thoughtful, and took care of my needs very professionally and kindness. The procedure and follow up were explained clearly. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I look forward to my treatment appointments!
I booked in this Dental clinic for the first time this past Wednesday, August 21, for 10:am but I received a call back to move it to 11am to see a dentist. All went well as I was trying to to relax knowing it was my first time and it was way, way bigger than previous dental care I was going to for 18 years. Truly amazing spot. I cracked a molar last night and Dr. Chris was the Dentist I called willing to fit me in on a Friday evening (on the night of the Stanley Cup, nonetheless)! The entire staff were so friendly and personable. Highly recommend and will be my primary dentist going forward.
Terrible customer service. I was overcharged for services on that were supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. On the day of my appointment, the front desk staff admitted it was their mistake and assured me I wouldn’t be billed. Despite that, I’ve received repeated calls demanding payment and even threats to send the amount to collections. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress.
