I had a dental emergency and couldn't get into see my dentist. Deer Valley was able to get me in on the same day to get the tooth fixed. The dentist was AMAZING! One of the best I have ever seen.
My teeth appear to large and hard to pull thus I always dread having a tooth extracted. But Dr., Eric Tang including his assistant were very patient, understanding of my situation and ensured that I was comfortable prior to the extraction. I split a root canaled molar on Friday late afternoon and my regular dentist couldn't fit me in until Monday, so I called around and Deer Valley was recommended, they fit me in first thing Saturday. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. For four separate times, I had terrible experiences with the coordinator, Chantal. I have been seeking TMJ treatment. However, her dismissive attitude by arguing, ignoring my questions and concerns, providing me with unclear explanation, and steering the conversation towards increasing prices is not only unhelpful but also painful and disrespectful.
