I’ve had a generally great experience with Dental House LaSalle and wanted to highlight a couple of staff members who really stood out. When I arrived, I spoke with the receptionist (I believe her name is Kait/Cait). I mentioned that my visit the day before hadn’t gone very well, and she was incredibly understanding and kind. The office is clean and professional, but Kathrina at the front desk really stands out. She is incredibly welcoming, organized, and made the check-in process seamless. It makes such a difference when the first person you meet is so helpful and kind!

The environment is unprofessional, unorganized, and deeply uncomfortable. The staff exhibits bullying behavior and creates a discriminatory atmosphere that feels unsafe, particularly for women and children. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a respectful and inclusive dental experience.

Everyone at the office is so warm and welcoming! The office is modern and clean. I love the fact that the staff are all female and they are non-judgemental.

Dentist and her staff were very patient with my 7 year old son during his visit for his filling. Thank you and definitely recommend!
